Mobiles deals aren’t available!!!! I wend inside to order. They do not offer s at all. I got a take out with fries and chicken sandwich. No souses available to get! even chicken crisp did not have any pickle or souse. Fries are cold and no souse and no salt. I got a medium fries, but got the box half filled. Ay this is just one day experience. I have been going there for four year! Never had a good experience. The cashiers always close and they say they only accept kiosk orders. Toilets are closed and you have to request a code from the manager. It will take you 5-15 minutes. Considering prices for a cheeseburger is $4.99 for a single patty, I am not coming back ever.

Worst MD iv ever been too I have put up with there bad service for almost 10 years because I work next to them and this last visit is my last! I order via the app 10 min before I got there i was the only one wanting in the pick up for 20 min before I had to go in only to be treated like it was my fault that they were waiting for my order to go through after getting my cold order I had to ask and wait for a drink carrier when I got home my burger was still pink though the whole thing. I’m done with this location! Go somewhere else

Staff were amazing in dealing with our group at the drive thru. 2 adults and 8 little girls. Even though I ordered ahead in the app, some of the girls “forgot” to tell me something so I ultimately went through the drive thru 3 different times. Staff was so helpful in helping me get each of them EXACTLY what they wanted before we got on the road to drive home.

Update: Is it allowed for vagrants to pass out in the dining room? The dining room in this restaurant is FREEZING. It’s 80 degrees outside and when I eat here I have to put on a sweatshirt and watch cap before I go in. It’s ALWAYS like this.

Although my tags are expired the crew was happy to see me and it was the best filet of fish I have ever had. Whatever kind of fish the thing is made out of it was solid tasty and delicious. Tack on a large fry and two plain double cheeseburgers and you end up here talking about it beyond what anybody else wants to hear cheeseburgers

We ordered food for our party when there were no other customers inside. We were disappointed when we looked at our cheeseburger and Big Macs and the cheese inside them was not melted. That’s right, the American cheese product did not melt. Also, the fries were barely warm. We walked up to the counter and asked for hot French fried Anna for the cheese to be melted. They made us new burgers and gave new fries. To our astonishment, the cheese was not melted again! The fritters were warmer but not hot, and very pale and not crispy. The taste was blah, and we did not get that satisfaction when you first bite into a burger. But really, utter disappointment in getting cold food.

I get a coffee from here at least once a week and use the mobile app without issue, but today was a horrible experience. I ordered at the drive through and my card was charged on the app. I got to the window and for some reason the cashier asked for the manager. The manager then explained that on their end it didn’t show that the order was paid. I pulled up the app and showed my order details showing it was paid and ready for pickup from the correct address. The manager kept cutting me off to the point that I had to ask if I “could please finish my sentence” and then they stated that I could not pick up my $1.09 coffee unless I showed them my credit card statement showing the charge for the order. Mind you, this is literally while I have the app pulled up, showing them the order was fully paid. I drove to the pickup window and behold, my order was right there ready for pickup.
It is NEVER appropriate for a fast food joint to ask a customer to show them a financial record like a bank statement or credit card statement. If you’re having issues with your register not showing app orders, that is your fault, not mine. I’ll be reconsidering ever coming here again if it’s this painful to just pick up a cheap coffee in the morning.

This is THE McDonald’s in the area. You should go out of your way to visit this McDonald’s. They are quick, they are kind, and all the food they serve looks like it’s ready for a menu photoshoot. The staff here should be proud of the great work they do. McDonald’s should look into this store and spread their example nationwide.

All the food was gross and tasted more like dirty grease than actual food.
The pies were burnt the nuggets undercooked and not crispy etc.
Seems like everyone there needs to be trained on how to properly cook the food.
Everyone goes to McDonald’s for the consistency and the fact that you know what you’re getting everytime.
Those days are over kids quality control is no more.
