I go to this McDonald’s alot mainly for breakfast and dinner, food is usually fresh and cooked all the way and they haven’t gotten my order wrong yet. The workers are usually really nice and respectful. You get what you pay for so it’s better than expected at most McDonald’s.

Request a full refund! Uncooked (red) meat burgers, without bacons, missed a burger, a wrong drink. They went to garbage. They shouldn’t earn even one star! Don’t go there.

I usually don’t have bad experiences here but i did this morning, walked in and waited at the counter for 5+ min while the manager was just standing there doing nothing but playing on her phone, laughing and cutting up completely ignoring that there was people waiting. then one of the employees finally said “hey it will be a min” she still completely ignoring us…well then another employee stopped what they was doing and comes from around the back to finally get us. phones should be a big no no especially in workplaces like that because that was absolutely ridiculous.

I come to this McDonald’s rarely often..usually pretty good. Tonight I waited in drive thru for at least 30 minutes..then got to first window, girl was sitting down taking payments. Second window was quick, i ordered a mcchicken I get home and this is what I open my sandwich to. Where’s the lettuce? What is that red that shouldn’t be on it ? Smh I’m disappointed

Decent and not much expected from fast food or McDonald, my only complaint is this location loves to never add enough fries in a large order. This isn’t just once or twice, I’m kinda addicted to McDonald and go often and about 90% of the time they skimp the fries.

I was so surprised by the customer service I received here. McDonald’s are McDonald’s, ya know? I don’t expect a lot. But as I rolled through to grab a big order of nuggets for my toddlers and a play date and tried to use the app’s coupon feature, things didn’t load correctly. I was totally prepared to surrender the whole coupon thing, but the manager appeared in the window and was the most helpful human being ever! He gave me the coupon, offered me a million sauces, talked to my kids, loaded the drink carrier with napkins, straws, extra water cups, etc etc… it was just above and beyond service that you certainly wouldn’t expect at a McDonald’s of all places. Made my day! Thanks to that team, they were cool.

Constantly getting flat soda and long wait times in the drive thru. Needs new management. It seems like zombies are working. Food Quality is always off. I’d rather order McDonalds from a chimpanzee.
