Daughter’s cheeseburger had a MASSIVE DISGUSTING HAIRBALL inside. I immediately took it back and showed them, but their response was simply giving me a new one. Didn’t hear anyone concerned or anyone trying to figure out or fix whatever sanitary issues they have. They didn’t even care to see it. Warning very nasty picture!

This McDonald’s happens to be better than most. The food was fresh! (Thank you) And my order accurate, which is a big plus!! Lately I feel like I’m in the twilight zone!! Customer service is non existent and a lot of establishments are extremely rude, disrespectful and demining. But not this McDonald’s. I had to wait a bit but I’m assuming it was because my food was fresh! Especially my fries! Gotta have fresh hot perfectly cooked fries!! The service was good and McDonald’s employees polite. Thank you!

Let’s play a game never have I ever. Never have I ever had such terrible experience at this McDonald’s. Never have I ever had my order told to me incorrectly. Never have I ever gone from the window having her say the correct number on what I ordered but ringing me up and having me pay for something that I didn’t order. Never have I ever gone up to get my food and it being incorrect and then saying well you paid for it. Never have I ever had them screw up on my order so badly that I will never be going to this McDonald’s ever again. Downright inexcusable no matter who was at fault. It was at least three people the person who took my order the person who had me pay for my order and the person who was behind the window, giving food out. Luckily some type of manager got my food correctly handled or I would of just left without food.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I asked for my double cheeseburger to have no onions on it and I told them I was allergic to onions. When I got my burger I asked if there was onions on it and I was assured that no there were not. And I got home and took a bite of it there were onions on it but they were in between the patties. I feel this was intentional that whoever made it thought they were being funny. I called the restaurant and asked for the number for either corporate or the owner and they refused to give me the number. They said they would replace my burger and I told them that was not good enough that I wanted to speak to either corporate or the store owner. This is not the first time this has happened at the store. I’m not sure if it’s laziness or deliberate but I see a lot of people making similar complaints

I’ve eaten at this location probably 20 times since moving to the area. I think about five of those times have I actually received my food in the drive-thru. They have a chronic issue with sending cars to go wait in the drive-thru waiting area, even if there are no other cars in the drive-thru. I ordered a quarter pounder today and I had to go sit by the curb for 15 minutes because “they were waiting for the meat to be ready”. How long does it take to heat a hamburger patty at a fast food hamburger restaurant? And by the time they bring your food out, half of it is cold because it’s been sitting on a counter for 15 mins while they wait for one thing to get cooked. I don’t know if this is a management issue or what, but it’s ridiculous to make customers go wait out by the curb 80% of the time.
I’ll give it 2 stars because the employees are friendly.

Found a LADYBUG in my burger.
I never thought I’d say this but my recent visit to McDonald’s has left me beyond disgusted after finding a BUG in my meal.
I was halfway through eating my Big Mac until I discovered a LADYBUG sitting right in the middle of it. I can’t express enough how revolted I am. I’ve always had a soft spot for the fries, but I can’t even bring myself to think about eating at this McDonald’s, or any McDonald’s ever again after this experience.
It’s not just about my meal being ruined or feeling disgusted, it’s about the lack of cleanliness and quality control that allowed this. If they can’t keep their food safe and clean what else is going on behind the scenes? However, I know not every McDonald’s is like this. I urge anyone considering a visit to check their food closely because clearly the standards have dropped drastically.

Every. Single. Time. They forget half of my order, I say it is a one time thing it wont happen next time. Maybe it will be different in a year, BUT for 3 Months it has been constant mistakes. Then I have to wait for them to double check my recipt (understandable dont want to hand out free food) and wait another 10 mins for the food I was supposed to get after my first 15 wait. The doubke checking should be done before the food is handed out. A mistake or long wait time once or twice is okay, but when its small orders and the place is empty nothing should be wrong. How can you misplace 4 cookies on an order of 4 cookies and 2 burritos .

There is something about McDonald’s that nobody knows. Even the executives at McDonald’s Corp. Don’t know this. Their espresso is better than Starbucks or any other coffee establishment for that matter. The problem is that there is no button that they can push to sell you one shot of espresso. We need McDonald’s corporation to change that ask for a shot of espresso with two spoons of sugar and two creamers do not add water. That would make it in Americano. Just drink it as described. And you will be in heaven. On the streets we call it a Mickey D’s cortado. Try it and you can thank me later.

I went to McDonald’s tonight and the lady taking my order was great no problem got my order right and everything! Then I got to the second window and the lady working. Was throwing sauce into my bag and when I got my bag she wasn’t even going to give me my drink and I had to tell her that I got one and she didn’t even give me a straw…As soon as I home the small fry I ordered was at the bottom of my bag and I opened my 6 piece chicken nugget to find this…5 with the tiniest one that looks like someone took a giant bite out of. I get that they can busy but I even asked her for ketchup that I asked for at the speaker and she seemed irritated about it?! It was on the receipt…and recently I’ve been going and the people have been so rude and careless. Not all of them some of the employees are great but how hard is it to follow and order and put the stuff in the bag over and give me an actual 6 piece? I get it’s fast food but like come on guys do better.
