This is for the 14900 Spanaway location.
Plenty of parking on site and on the street. Got here for breakfast at around 9:30a so just past the morning rush I would think.
Gave the store a star off for atmosphere because they left a mop out with wet floor signs but they weren’t mopping. It was just hanging out. This did not affect the overall score because the dinning area when I eating was very clean. They have 5 kiosks for orders, and one was not working when I was there.
What was amazing was being greeted by a “good morning” when I came through the door. Her name was Dawn, and I made sure to loop back and get her name. I don’t recall the last time I’ve heard that at a McDonald’s let along most storefronts so I definitely appreciated the effort. Inside was warm and the wifi was fantastic! One of the only fast food locations with a stable wifi so I also appreciate that very much.
Service was great! I decided to dine in and I was again greeted by Dawn again, and my food came out hot and most importantly accurate. Ordered 2 sausage McMuffin’s with egg and a large coffee. This location for some reason toasts the english muffin in such a way, that it takes the breakfast sandwich to another level. And I thought it was just a fluke, but the 2nd sandwich was just as good with the cheese melted just right and sauge grilled out like I was sitting down at a diner. It was by far the best Mc breakfast anything I’ve had. Loved it so much, I ordered 2 more to go! (It was a buy 1 get the 2nd for $1 so…)

I ordered a crispy chicken deluxe meal not spicy and of course they would mess it up. Got a skimpy sandwich with very little to no lettuce or tomatoes and a boatload of what tasted like a Chipotle sauce or some kind of spicy sauce that does not ever go on the sandwich when you order it non-spicy. These folks want minimum wage to be 15 to $20 an hour but they can’t even fill out a simple food order.

As someone who worked at a McDonald’s I am so disappointed! The round egg was hard and green and the service was not the greatest at the second window. Round eggs are not supposed to be green or hard so that lets me know that you guys are selling round eggs past their expiration time!!!!!! PLEASE DO BETTER!

I went through the drive-thru today, and the guy at the window was not friendly and hardly even said a word. Not great for customer service. When I parked to eat my cheeseburger, it was so dry and hardly even warm. I opened it, and there was hardly any sauce or onion on them. My fries weren’t that warm either. To top it off, they had NO ice cream or milkshakes. Surprise, surprise. I did take my food back, and the supervisor, who was lovely, had them remake everything, and it was all good. It’s not the best experience, but it’s definitely not the worst either.

The service was alright not like some of the others i have been too. I ordered food, and sat down in the lobby there was garbage still left on other tables not sure how long they have been there, both garbages in the lobby were also full so that’s why people just left there garbage on the tables. When I left they were not that busy. Not hardly anyone in the drive through and two other parties in the lobby and play place combined. Definitely needs some improvement.

Dont order food early in the morning at this restaurant. For some reason they allow you to pay, but have no way to cancel the order and no way to pick up your food. They arent actually 24 hours went here at 4 am and i had to wait until 5 am to get my food.

I don’t know what happened to our favorite mcdonals but the service has gone down so much lately. The morning crew is always late to the intercom and they never have things ready or in stock. The waiting part is the worst jn the morning. Almost every car waits at least 5 mins before someone gets to the intercom to take an order. The atmosphere has changed so much. 2/10

Okay so I had taken my kids out to eat and when I ordered the meal I thought was the Daly double meal deal. Well after receiving my order I noticed that it was not was I had ordered. Then as I was explaining to the manger she Then decided to argue with me about the order. As I had explained also note the manger had no name tag and snatched the burgers out of my had with an attitude. So I asked her for her name and she proceeded to tell me she does not have one. I believe that every McDonald’s restaurants or at least McDonald’s restaurants in Washington needs to fire employees who somehow and some reason can’t read and understand English
I know that restaurants food are supposed to be fast food, but that shouldn’t mean they have to rush everything and give away orders that’s not what we looking for…
