Visiting Tacoma and this location was super convenient for the Airbnb I was at. Came here for a quick bite, fairly quiet inside for a Sunday late morning as most use drive thru. Unfortunately none of their 4 kiosks were working or closed. I was able to place an order in quickly and received the order. Unfortunately the staff don’t have their energy to greet the customers, no napkins around for you to grab, and have to ask the staff for it.

The staff told us to wait for our food to come out, which is fine, but then they didn’t know what we ordered. When we got our food which was supposed to include 3 PLAIN cheeseburgers, the labels said plain but when I opened them to check, they all had onions. I have never been to a.mcdonalds where plain means onions. I had to send the guy back to get all new burgers. It was wild.

Outside order didn’t work on our side, ordered at the window. Not first customer to complain. Got food. No frys told they were cooking. Park in #1. After 4 minutes went inside. Manager at register. Say the freezer is locked and they have no key. Then she tells her workers and everyone inside they have no fires until Greg gets there. He shows up and has no keys. My food is cold and manager gave me a refund for the frys which won’t be returned for 3 to 4 days! This is such bad service and no apologies. This place has gotten so bad and we will not return ever!!!

Service and timeliness are a 0 for me. I’ve been waiting at the order screen in the drive through for 35 minutes and the cashier just came on saying, “I’ll help you in a little bit.” The drive through is packed, so I can’t leave. Two people have left the food window since I pulled in. This place is always like this and I always choose to not leave a review, but this is unreal. This location is sketchy enough.

The employees here are working in tough conditions. It took me about 45 minutes to get through the line for my mobile order. Where I’m from that usually means a bunch of kids cutting up and not caring about doing anything, but this location seemed like they were just understaffed. This seems to be the trend in Washington State from my short time here.. perhaps if they switch to a mobile order only system it will free up some staff. Idk

The employees here could really care less about their customers & they certainly don’t care about anyone’s time (not even their own!) Ice cream machine is never working, the food always looks depressed. ZERO professionalism at this shop, ZERO customer service skills offered & the store is full of loud, playing teenagers who like rolling their eyes & talking smart to adults. They don’t drop fries in time to be served, I mean I could go on & on about how terrible this location is.
