Getting food from this drive through feels like a roll of the dice.

Roll a 1- Everything goes smoothly. You get your order in a timely fashion with no errors or issues.

Roll a 2 or a 3- They will have you pull up to another space as they finish getting your order ready. You will have to wait longer than if you rolled a 1, but you get your food momentarily with no issues.

Roll a 4 or a 5- They will have you pull up to another space as they finish getting your order ready. Your wait will be long enough that you will start to wonder if it would have been quicker ordering inside or going to another McDonald’s all together, but before you are done contemplating, you get your food with no errors.

Roll a 6- They will have you pull up to another space as they finish getting your order ready. You wait a while, contemplating the same points mentioned if you rolled a 4 or a 5, but this time, you get your food and they get something wrong with your order.

Your mileage may vary on this. But for me, when I go there, there is a 50/50 chance I am going to be waiting there a long time. But hey, it’s the closest to my house so I just keep on going.

The staff are friendly, efficient. I rated the food a 2 ,not because it was cooked wrong, only because I don’t like to eat McDonald’s. The atmosphere was light and friendly. We were there for a fundraiser and we couldn’t have asked for any more cooperation and kindness to us all. The staff at McDonald’s made the day. Thank you.

By far, the worst customer service of all locations in the area, including the hood!!! Lol! Attitude and an “oh well, your problem” outlook sent me to the 6th Ave location. Next time it’ll send me to Wendy’s. The manager’s attitude over shadowed the kindness of the staff behind her, looking apologetically at me!!! LMAO!!! Wow it was sad, but funny. Find a job that makes you happy girl. Mmmk

I’ve gone to McDonald’s three different times in the morning to get oatmeal. Every time he seems they don’t want to tell me if they have the fruit. I don’t know why i’m a loyal customer i feel wrong because they should tell me up front this morning. I finally called, let them know. Their excuse was, oh, they just forgot to put it in the bag. They had me pull up to another window and wait, and I waited there.Another five minutes for a simple coffee.And an oatmeal, what is going on there?They need to redo their people or something.Or just pay attention, how’s that?Could you please pay attention?PLEASE! THIS IS NOT THE ONLY THING ON OTHER ORDERS TOO TOO MUCH MAYONNAISE ON THE FOOD, IT’S JUST RIDICULOUSNESS!! I Wish I didn’t have to say anything.

Got all the way home and my breakfast burrito wasn’t in the bag. Turned around and flew back to McDonald’s because breakfast was almost over. The manager kept me waiting 15 minutes until breakfast was over before coming to the counter to talk to me. Then she refused to even refund it because I wasn’t given a receipt at the window. She told me I had to prove I even went to that mcdonalds. I told her to go check her cameras. I had showed her the charge on my bank account but that wasn’t good enough. I asked her How was i supposed to prove it if they don’t give you a receipt? She told me to “figure it out.” So rude!!!!

They shorted me two breakfast sandwiches I ordered and paid for. Then the lady at the window acted inconvenienced that I let her know. Basically shoved the bag at me. Also got an order of pancakes with no syrup….

McDonald’s seems to want you to use the app or their kiosks inside than serve you at the counter. That’s fine, but if you can’t use a coupon to enter into the systems you still have to go to the counter to make the transaction.

Had to wait for almost a couple of minutes, while all the other employees just look at you and not acknowledge or at least say “we’ll be right with you “ and most of them were management, then the employee that finally served me was more interested in his notifications on his phone than to take your order.

Came here for breakfast and was ignored. Not one person greeted me and there were probably five people behind the counter. I ended up having to use the kiosk. Ordered, sat down and waiting around 10-15 minutes for my food. Had big breakfast with hotcakes. When it arrived no syrup, butter, hash browns or utensils. I was also the only person in the store. I seems like they only care about drive thru and pick up orders. Some of the worst customer service ever and I used to work for McDonald’s. Not sure if I’ll be back if this is an indication of regular service.

Came through the drive through in the morning and bought breakfast. The people in the drive through made me repeat my order multiple times. There was laughing and giggling going on. Also for the money I spent my order was messed up. The lady brought it out with a grin on her face. However because I was headed to work I couldn’t wait any longer. I wish teenagers and young adults to their job more serious.

If I could only give half I sure would due to the fact of people getting food before me. The fact that I order some socks due that was an option and then you choose on your own to give me 5 bucks cash instead of asking if I wanted anything else for it. How rude was that when I paid card?? Com on get it together cause that’s a disappointment for someone who is on a lunch break and only has a little bit of time to eat!!
