I was charged for egg and didn’t receive it. That’s not a small mistake — that’s paying for food that was never provided. I couldn’t even go back to fix it because I had a pregnant wife at home, so this wasn’t just inconvenient, it was outright disrespectful of customers’ time and money.
If you can’t fulfill a basic breakfast order that’s literally printed on the wrapper, you shouldn’t be offering mobile ordering. Check your orders. Do better. This is utterly ridiculous.
Waited 30 minutes to receive my “order ahead” pickup order, my kids nuggets were cold, and there were literally 7 fries in one of my kids Happy Meals. And then the toys they advertise are for Zootopia 2; my kids got Elio toys from months ago. This McDonald’s is ALWAYS like this. I’ve never had a good experience here. This was just the worst experience I’ve had so far.
I placed my breakfast on the app at 10:50AM which was two big breakfast with hotcakes. I am in line which is always very long at the drive-through because people are super slow taking the orders by the time I got to the intercom I gave them my code and the person over the intercom was very disrespectful telling me that my order was going to be canceled because its past 11AM. I told her the order was placed before 11 AM and should be honored. In addition, I have told here before past 11 AM in person and I have received my breakfast without any issues! The islander lady with a heavy accent, got argumentative with me, so I left and walked in person to speak with the manager, which was also disappointing. Long story short, I didnt get my breakfast until 11:38 AM after arguing with the manager why should they honor my breakfast request since it was placed beforehand and Ive never had issues like this before. The manager Stephanie K and the employees there are not customer service oriented, which triggers a customer to be irritated and confrontational, of course!
That disrespect here was very upsetting. I shouldnt have to beg to get my food in which was placed and honored by the mobile app.!! If there are policies and rules in place, then the tech side of things should be figured out and not be slapped in the face to the customer!
This customer complaint has also been filed to customer service online and corporate!
Expect at least a 20 min wait TO ORDER every single time.
Ordering inside is no different.
Idk who runs this franchise but they should be banned from doing so.
