Literally the SLOWEST McDonalds i have ever been to and that says something because Ive traveled a lot. Were talking 30 minute wait with only 4 cars in front of us. Crazy. Definitely not your “fast food” experience. We will be traveling the extra 10 minutes for the other location in the future. Not worth the time.

Absolutely unacceptable. I placed a mobile order for TWO sausage egg McMuffins with NO cheese. When I got home, both sandwiches had NO EGG and NO CHEESE — just sausage and bread. The kicker? The wrapper sticker clearly said “no cheese,” so they knew the order details and still managed to mess it up.

I was charged for egg and didn’t receive it. That’s not a small mistake — that’s paying for food that was never provided. I couldn’t even go back to fix it because I had a pregnant wife at home, so this wasn’t just inconvenient, it was outright disrespectful of customers’ time and money.

If you can’t fulfill a basic breakfast order that’s literally printed on the wrapper, you shouldn’t be offering mobile ordering. Check your orders. Do better. This is utterly ridiculous.

This is the SLOWEST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! Even on the slowest days they are constantly making people pull over to wait for their food! They’re not understaff they are just lazy! They get our orders wrong all the time and things are always missing! We now drive 20 minutes away if we want McDonald’s. Don’t go here they’re rude and it’s gross in there most of the time! Also they don’t care that you e been waiting for 30 minutes plus for one thing! They need new management and a better work crew!

I just think every fast food restaurant puts their worst workers at night. It sucks. This place sucks. All the fast food in this area sucks tbh. You want your stuff made correctly and in a timely manner, shop closer to the 512. These guys and everyone around them are like boonie hacks and what not. This sounds like I’m being mean, but I’m tired of ordering my food online, having it come to my house completely wrong just for me to drive back and grab the right stuff. In this photo you will see no fries, they missed 3 fries dude. Some people like to eat all their order hot and together, you know? These restaurants out here and their priorities are so messed up. MEEESSED UUUUP!!! Also asked for chocolate milk TWICE and they keep giving my daughter regular milk. Just low key or high key every place sucks out here. Sighhhh… just venting and reviewing at the same time. Good luck out there

Update 2/26/26: this mcdonalds still sucks

Waited 30 minutes to receive my “order ahead” pickup order, my kids nuggets were cold, and there were literally 7 fries in one of my kids Happy Meals. And then the toys they advertise are for Zootopia 2; my kids got Elio toys from months ago. This McDonald’s is ALWAYS like this. I’ve never had a good experience here. This was just the worst experience I’ve had so far.

We used the drive through the day before we dined in to give them a chance. On the drive through, we ordered spicy chicken sandwich but the guy taking the order got it wrong so we had him changed it but when we got to the window to pay we asked the cashier to confirm the order but it was still wrong. She asked her supervisor to fix it and supervisor came but when we got our food it was still not right! We came in and dined in and it was same experienced Service was absolutely terrible. It looked like nobody wants to be there working!

I am very upset overall about the situation and I would like for someone to get in contact with me other than the store manager because she was very disrespectful in trying to put herself in the customer shoes and understand the circumstances.

I placed my breakfast on the app at 10:50AM which was two big breakfast with hotcakes. I am in line which is always very long at the drive-through because people are super slow taking the orders by the time I got to the intercom I gave them my code and the person over the intercom was very disrespectful telling me that my order was going to be canceled because its past 11AM. I told her the order was placed before 11 AM and should be honored. In addition, I have told here before past 11 AM in person and I have received my breakfast without any issues! The islander lady with a heavy accent, got argumentative with me, so I left and walked in person to speak with the manager, which was also disappointing. Long story short, I didnt get my breakfast until 11:38 AM after arguing with the manager why should they honor my breakfast request since it was placed beforehand and Ive never had issues like this before. The manager Stephanie K and the employees there are not customer service oriented, which triggers a customer to be irritated and confrontational, of course!

That disrespect here was very upsetting. I shouldnt have to beg to get my food in which was placed and honored by the mobile app.!! If there are policies and rules in place, then the tech side of things should be figured out and not be slapped in the face to the customer!
This customer complaint has also been filed to customer service online and corporate!
