It’s not often I stop and review a McDonalds. But this one is worth my time. Whenever we visit Port Orchard, we stop at this place, and every time it’s a great experience. Very clean, great play place, and remarkably friendly staff.

I would like to particularly thank Alex for his service. He was kind and friendly when delivering food to my family, (and we have a LOT of kids), helpful whenever we had to go to the front counter to ask for something—and was super cool when I asked for extra spicy sauce from my McCrispy. They don’t typically hand this out, and I didn’t tell him this, but I have severe swallowing problems and need lubricant with whatever I eat. And despite it being super busy, Alex ran off and got me an ample amount of sauce for my food.
We left the restaurant with smiles, and even as we walked out the door, my husband asked for a bag we could use for trash and Alex gave it happily.

Worth choosing this McDonald’s over the other in the area, even if it’s a bit out of the way.

One very important thing to learn in business. Pay attention to small detail because no matter what you do good people will NOT remember. What they will remember is the Negative.

Today 1/26/26 at 10:10am I stopped in at drive through and ordered a Big Breakfast Hot Cakes with a medium orange juice. The hash browns were not ready so they parked me. I waited about 5 minutes and my food was brought to me.

When I reached my destination I eagerly and hungrily opened my order. I quickly went for my hashbrown for which I was parked for because it was still cooking was luke warm while the big breakfast tray was very warm. Isn’t that why you parked me? The hash brown should still be very hot. My destination was only a few miles down the road. Secondly and the, whole reason why Im sharing this review is that I had no syrup placed in the bag for my pancakes. Now you gave a reason to gripe.

Attention to detail not only reflects on the delivery person but it goes up the chain all the way up to the store manager. The crew leader, the swing manager and then the Store Manager.

I don’t want a refund and I don’t need a free meal. I want leadership to discuss this with every crew member. When being a food server your business depends on repeat customers first then the rest. We are all equally important and all crew members need to be onpoint focused on their job. Each member has a function and work together for the service of others. Being a server is not just earning what you do. It is a reflection with responsibility to the brand you represent. What would Ray Crock say if he was alive today? BE BETTER so we don’t write a rebuke about your quality of service. If I would be a mystery shopper doing an S.O.C. I would have failed you. What you do consistently is what is measured and being a customer for a long time we know what to expect.

Discuss this matter at your meeting and use it for reference. Let this be a learning experience. This doesn’t only apply to Mc Donald’s. It applies to every facet of your life and your work. Don’t be mediocre. Be the best that you can be. Take pride in what you do every day you wake up.

Finally, I know that this doesn’t define who or how you are on a daily basis. BUT today you failed me. The quality of my food was not what I expect and missing a key condiment says to me that I wasn’t worthy enough for any of you.

In the end, its sad when we have to be inconvenienced and in some cases turn around and return to the store to complain. DONT GIVE PEOPLE A REASON!

Learn from this mistake. I will return at some point but for now I will avoid this store.

Live and learn! Thank You…

We had dine in, food was good, cooks made us laugh and giggle. However. When we go out to our car the manager Emma took it upon herself to put notes on people’s cars saying McDonald’s parking only. We were customers eating there. And we get treated like trespassers. They should not be putting anything on anybody’s vehicles. This was completely disrespectful on her end. And we won’t be coming back if we can’t park at a place we are paying to eat at. If this is going to be enforced there needs to be proper signage for customers.

Ordered a quarter pounder deluxe and got a regular quarter pounder that looked stale. My friend ordered one without onions and pickles and the one he got had both on them.

I’ve had two separate incidents where they mess up my mobile order. The first time, they didn’t give me an item I used with my rewards. I called the store and let them know and they said they would email me a free sandwich voucher. The manager never apologized and it took a month to receive the voucher. Second time, they forgot half of my order when we went to pick up our mobile order. We let them know the items missing and the window worker was extremely rude, closed the window, grabbed the manager and they both looked clueless as what to do. They brought out our missing items but we saw they were still missing one item, let them know and they had to go back and get the remaining items. The whole time, neither the worker or the manager apologized for their mess up. They have a horrible attitude. It seems like they hate their jobs, can’t handle the morning rush from a small town, or are racist. I can understand mistakes happen, but this is a recurring issue that corporate needs to be aware of and they need to fire the horrible staff and get better workers who understand what goof customer service is.

Ordered through the app. They completely forgot an entire QPC meal, and the food we did actually get arrived cold.

I tried to cancel the order, couldn’t. Tried to call the store location 4 times, no answer.

Was finally able to send a complaint through the app but I have no email back stating they received the concerns.

I just want my money back. Huge waste of time, and disappointing considering how much my family does frequent McDonald’s.

First, their drive thru service is awful. I spent 15 minutes AFTER my order was taken just to get my food. Second, my order of a small fry and a Big Mac without onions was screwed up. The paper receipt was correct, but it still had onions on it. Normally, I would go back through to have it fixed, but why would I wanna wait another 15 to 20 minutes to get it?! This exact service happens nine out of 10 times that I come here. A prefer the McDonald’s on Sedgwick because they are always fast and when mistakes are made, they always make it right immediately. Mile Hill McDonald’s needs new management. Two minutes in the drive-through should be the most it should take once your order is given.

Drive thru was busy, but Shawn and Summer were great and made ordering easy

Separate visit: Aurora, Nick and Nicole came through when I ordered my coffee to the wrong part of the store and then they made it worth my wait. Great customer service. Will be back.

They always forget my condiments that are supposed to come with the breakfast, consistently souring my mornings, because it’s not edible without them. Don’t go here, if the attention to detail on orders is this bad, I’d hate to see what’s slipping by in the kitchen.
