Too long didn’t read version. Food’s fine the wait times are absurd.
I recently moved to where this McDonald’s is on my way home from work. I gave them five chances because the staff are very friendly and the food has been good quality for McDonald’s.
The wait times are just absurd though.
Every one of the nights I came I was able to drive up to the squawk box and order immediately. No more than two cars in front of me every night. Of my five visits the fastest I was able to get my food was roughly 13 minutes. With the longest time being 19 minutes. My order is not customized and is two items.

Went through the drive through and they had one of the lanes closed even though it was dinner rush. And then not only did they give me the wrong sandwich there was hair entangled in my cold fries. I asked for the new golden crazily without the gold sauce and add pickle and I didn’t get pickles or bacon on it.

I work at the Walmart right next door. I go there everyday and they manage to get my order wrong. I order sausage burritos everyday from the same person. Today I went over there and ordered sausage breakfast burritos and I got McGriddles. I am not happy and I’m very upset

Today I am disappointed while I got my order accepted on the app and when I arrive to the area the app cancelled my order and will send a refund. I see people eating inside but 2 cones closed the drive thru and the building was close. One stranger that parked next to me told me that they are close because they got a party I guess and she was waiting on her order. 5 cars also were pissed and all head to the wheaton way mcdonalds. If you got an event at least have the site say your closed or have the app tell us your unavailable!

This mcds is usually fast. Lately they’ve been fudging their drivethru times and asking almost everyone to wait up front even for simple orders like 2 steak bagels. 15 minutes from the time I ordered and then to get this disgusting little treat in the photo and it’s not an onion…more like a vein or something else super gross. I will not be returning for even so much as a soda anytime soon.

They think it’s okay to continue to under sale their customers. Every time I order food here I either am missing something it’s cold or they give me a lesser value item and I posted a picture of what happens when you ask for extra onions. I wonder how many other customers this happens too here? I bet they make a lot of extra money short selling people, because why would someone waste gas going back for just a dollar or two??? Well I am sick and tired of it, we work hard for our money too and I am also aware you are making the food and I never usually complain. There was NNNNNOOOO ONE in line but us… so how do you mess up an order?

Ever since, the location has remodeled and cleaned up, I feel the quality got a lot better. I got a double quarter pounder. I definitely see a difference not just food wise but service wise. This location and silverdale are my top go to McDonald’s.

No problems so far; this McD’s ranks supreme for McDonald’s that are located around this area, in my opinion. The employees are friendly & courteous, some with a great sense of humor. This store has improved so much over the years. The store, what I see, remains clean, and the grounds around it also remain clean as well.
Personally, I have rarely had an issue with this establishment, but when I have, they have taken care of it with no problems at all.

I’ve been fairly happy with this McDonald’s, employees seem friendly and courteous; I have gotten to know a few of them fairly well by frequently going there for coffees and ice tea. There have been a couple mistakes in the past but I have pointed it them out and they have been more than willing to fix their mistakes. McDonald’s is McDonald’s, a fast food restaurant, mistakes do happen once in a while with any restaurant or retail establishment, as long as the employees are friendly and handle the situation with grace I have no issue, so far so good with this McDonald’s.
