It’s a very quiet place down in Monroe is hard to not rate McDonald’s five star. They’re always ready for me to get a quick bite thank you Monroe staff we also have a kitty playground which is very convenient for families with kids

I only ordered a Mocha Frap to keep me awake during a long drive. It was too sweet and made my stomach hurt after 2 sips.

I just went in on February 11 and the cashier was very rude. This young girl who had a curly hair has the worst attitude in the world. She did not greet me in a nice way, I told her my order and she got mad I kept ordering! When I came to the window she slammed the window and still had the attitude she should not be a cashier with all that attitude. Fire her immediately!!!!

This is my favorite mcdonalds to go to. However, when the chicken strips very first came out, our family of 5, we got some & 3 of us ended up with food poisoning. I’ll soare y’all the details, just know that it was a pretty gnarly case. I think they may have put too many strips in an oil basket & didn’t shake it enough or at all; because shaking the basket separates the ‘stuck together’ pieces & ensures everything gets cooked evenly, equally & efficiently. Did anyone else have this experience??

This was the worst experience I’ve had at McDonald’s. Not only did I receive the wrong order, but instead of taking responsibility, one of the employees actually tried to blame me and claimed that I had ordered it incorrectly. That is simply not true — I know what I ordered. The attitude from the staff were extremely disappointing. The way this was handled showed very poor customer service. McDonald’s needs to hire people who can communicate more clearly so that customers are understood and served properly.
