Food was fresh when we received the items. However, the total time it took from the start of the drive thru was 28 minutes. I was also told that the coffee machines were out of order. Not what I was expecting.

The **absence of mirrors in the bathroom** was odd; I found myself wondering if I should even take the time to check my appearance before leaving. The front register area looked deserted, which added to the eerie atmosphere.

One of the most frustrating aspects of my visit was the **lack of self-service options**. There were no stands for ketchup, drinks, or straws, which made it feel like I was navigating a completely different kind of dining experience. Additionally, I struggled to find napkins, highlighting a clear gap in customer service and convenience.

Despite being a fast-food restaurant, I experienced a 20-minute wait for my food. This was far from the “fast” in fast food, leaving me feeling quite frustrated. It made me reflect on the implications of the push for higher wages and the elimination of staff; perhaps those advocating for a $15 minimum wage should spend some time in establishments like this to truly understand the impact of reduced service.

Overall, my visit to this McDonald’s was underwhelming and left me feeling disconnected from the experience. The lack of basic amenities and the extended wait time made it clear that something is missing in the current fast-food model. If you’re looking for the traditional McDonald’s experience, you might want to reconsider this location.

Went through the drive through at this location today at 11 AM. Ordered 3 cheeseburgers and fries. Literally the worst McDonald’s food I’ve ever had in my 49 years of life. The bun was burnt to a crisp, condiments and toppings were scarce and the fries were so under done that they were white and mushy. Went back and asked to get our order remade and the manager said that black burnt hamburger buns were standard and we would receive the same thing if it was remade. Had to drive a few exits down the freeway to get good McDonald’s food which we received on the first try at the McDonald’s off I5 and 41st.

Won’t be back to the Quilceda location. Ridiculous.

This is a pretty snazzy McDonald’s. There are order kiosks and a person at the counter. Outdoor seating in the shade is nice. Very clean and the staff was friendly.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. When I tried to get help with my order, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior from the person who claimed to be the manager.

What makes this even more concerning is that this “manager” was not wearing a uniform. They were in plain clothes, making it impossible to identify them as staff at first glance. It is shocking that the person running the shift thinks it is acceptable to not follow basic uniform standards while also treating customers poorly.

If management won’t follow the rules, how can we expect the rest of the staff to? Very unprofessional. I have attached a photo for reference.

Long story short, ordered 4 drinks(3 no ice, 1 with ice). All 4 had ice. Told them I didn’t want ice in 3 of them. Tried talking me into the ice. I said sorry, but if I wanted ice, I would have ordered with ice. Then she tried blaming it on me saying that I didn’t order my drinks work no ice. Showed my receipt that I did order with no ice. She got mad and kept saying so you don’t want the ones with ice? Nicely again said sorry but if I wanted ice, I would have ordered them with ice. She then angrily grabs them and takes them back to make our correct order of drinks.

Yes, a McDonalds with a five star review, because I think this one’s perfect. I pulled up at 1 AM on a Tuesday night/Wednesday morning and got perfectly fresh food that looked like the picture. I don’t think that’s happened to me at a fast food restaurant since the 1980s. Then, even better, two employees saw my giant dog and asked if they could pet him. That made the dog’s entire night. They actually washed their hands afterward, and gave us a giant “pup cup” for the big guy. Please give that entire shift crew a raise; they’re wonderful people and good at their jobs.

Bunch of unprofessional people working! At drive thru Ks #13 said he checked our order before ringing us up. He asked for our name and we said yes and he wrong up the wrong order. We had to wait for the refund. Now time to get our order. The elderly lady passes out our drinks literally with no ice. We asked her where is the ice. She asked do you want more ice? We told her the drinks literally have no ice! Manager comes up and told us we are having a busy day and we will go buy some ice from Walmart. I’m like speechless. Then just be honest and tell us u r out of ice. Not a big deal! But acting like u put ice in there and treating us like stupid!!??? Don’t go here. Will also do survey on the receipt. This location should be closed!
