This is the slowest McDonald’s chain in Bellingham. The drive thru is set up poorly and the food doesn’t taste like you’d expect of a good McDonald’s. Burnt oil, greasy brown eggs. Samish Way kills the McDonalds game and it’s worth the extra drive time for food that tastes edible, friendly staff, and a quickly functioning drive through.

Very discouraged. Came by for an Oreo McFlurry and ordered extra Oreo.. there was barely any at all. Seemed very little for even a regular amount, let alone paying for extra. Update to this, management reached out to me to make things right and I am very pleased by this. They were very understanding of the situation and are working to resolve it.

The worst experience ever, waited 25 minutes for our simple order of food. No one would talk to us. No manager present. They forgot a drink for the happy meal and barely put any ketchup on the hamburger. Don’t go to this location!

I placed a curbside order for a mcchicken and a normal drip coffee. After waiting for almoat 20 minutes I went inside the store to ask if they had lost my order. Turns out the mcchicken was just sitting there and was given to me lukewarm. No offers of solution other than just sorry

Spent half an hour waiting for food. The food came out wrong and cold. They said they could make us the right order, but it would take more time. Told them to forget it; they didn’t offer anything such as money back or even getting my food right. Won’t be going back.

One of the better McDonalds in the area, we ordered a small meal with nuggets for the kids – warm and yummy, at least that was the feedback they gave me 😉

What I like about this place os the personal touch pf the owners. The Campbell’s have their names above the drinks section amd you can see what good causes they support. It makes you feel like you’re part of something bigger. I also love the new glass art they added with carvings of the US States. O got to play a game of “which State is this shape?” with my family.
The reason this doesn’t get five stars is that the staff wasn’t particularly professional and the service isn’t fast enough for fast food standards.
