I love McDonald’s so much and always look forward to it but the burger I got today was made with rotten meat, it was awful. It smelled off and as soon as I tasted it I spit it out, so at least I won’t get sick

Quite possibly the worst experience we’ve had at a McDonalds. After waiting for 10+ mins, we were told that the milkshake machine was broken. Then told they can’t refill the empty Diet Coke syrup “for another hour at least”. I was looked at like I was the crazy one to expect to be provided a service I had already paid for. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, with my son telling me that he’d rather “just hold it” Stay away.

They never give you monopoly pieces with your food, you always have to go back and ask for them 4 days in a row! They don’t tell you when they are out and until your already ordered food and leaving.. Why advertise something if the employees aren’t gonna give them to you.

This McDonalds has an amazing morning crew. Every time I decide to get breakfast I have a kind drive thru attendant. I know McDonald’s is supposed to have the most formulaic impossible to make taste different food, but we all know some locations find a way to make things weird. This location always makes the food the way you crave it to be. I’ve been going here for a few months at this point and if I try a different location I always miss Samish Way. I hope the team gets a bonus or pizza party or whatever corporate can do. They work hard and make my day better.

Husband ordered a 40 piece mcnugget he only got 20, he ordered a large chocolate shake no whipped cream, they put whipped cream on it.
I ordered the chicken snack wrap meal, asked for extra cheese on the wraps, I didn’t get it.

Not impressed. Must duck to work here. You think it wouldn’t be so difficult to make stuff a normal size we feel like we were shorted on both the cone and our smoothie come on people. We expect better. Pay your workers enough to care and have some pride in their work.
