McDonald’s is the definition of average — and that’s not necessarily a bad thing, it’s just exactly what you expect. The food is consistently “okay”: the burgers are decent, the fries are usually the best part, and the drinks and desserts are fine, but nothing really stands out. It’s not bad food, but it’s also not memorable. It’s reliable, predictable, and familiar, which is honestly the main appeal.
Service tends to be hit or miss depending on the location and time of day. Sometimes it’s fast and efficient, other times it feels slow and disorganized, but rarely terrible enough to be a dealbreaker. You usually get your order, it’s usually correct, and the experience is usually… fine. That’s kind of the theme.
The restaurants themselves are typically clean enough, functional, and practical — not cozy, not special, not uncomfortable either. Just standard fast-food atmosphere with bright lights, basic seating, and that familiar McDonald’s smell that somehow exists in every location.
Overall, McDonald’s is the ultimate “average everything” experience. Average food, average service, average environment, average value. It’s the place you go when you don’t want to think too hard about where to eat, when you want something quick, or when nothing else sounds better or worse. It doesn’t impress, but it doesn’t usually disappoint either — it simply exists as a dependable, middle-of-the-road option that meets expectations without ever really exceeding them.

I’m disabled and came in when they had just mopped so I carefully sat at the closest bench. I have a slow phone and began trying to place an order on the app, to avoid slipping and falling with my crutches on the slippery floor. After 5 min on my phone still trying to place the order an old lady that works there approached my table and told me if I do not order I will be told to leave. Despite being appalled I still kindly explained I was having issues with my my phone, using the app. She said nothing and went back behind the counter but 2 more min went by and she came back and was almost demanding I leave at this point claiming she was waiting for my order to come through and it hasn’t. I told her the same thing again, my phone is slow, at this point a friend joined me and I explained what eas going on. They told me to use the kiosk so she would leave us alone, so I attempted the very slippery floor to order $30 in food. When she brought my meal to my table she didn’t even bring me half the order, said nothing and dropped my tray on thr table aggressively and walked away with out even apologizing for mistreating me when I obviously a paying customer at that point, which she claimed I wasn’t without giving me the opportunity. Now I would understand if I looked like regular riffraff, but I am a productive member of society, disabled from a car accident, single mother or two and completely independent of any assistance or help from anyone or entity and I was in normal mid 30s mom like clothing and wasn’t carrying any bags of any kind. She had no reason to discriminate against me unless she has an issue with disabled people. I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here, to to Wendy’s across the road. This woman should be fired, I may have been there to plan my daughter’s 6th bday party for all she knew and potentially brought alot of business. I’m a retail manager myself and speak with 100s of people a day and have no problem talking about my experience when it’s relevant in conversation. I ended up going to the counter and letting the manager know she didn’t bring all my food out, and they offered me a card for a free meal. I appreciate something was done but it was not enough to make it acceptable for her employee to humiliate me without apologizing for doing so. I hope this old lady gets discriminated against sometime throughout her day, misjudged and humiliated and has to feel exactly as she made me feel today when I was simply trying to eat lunch out, something I never get to do as a disabled person that cannot walk, or drive and spends most my time at home all day everyday…

Outstanding customer service!!! I want to tell you about Lea. She is amazing worker! As we walked in, she greeted us and told us that we can order at the kiosk and then the food will be brought to us. I also needed to use the bathroom, I was about to ask her and she got the memo and said that I can head to the bathroom and it will be opened for me. And also my fries fell of the tray on accident as we wanted to get closer to the play ground for us to keep an eye on our kiddos, within 5 seconds she appeared with a broom and collection bin, and said to me “don’t worry about it, I got it.” Then a minute later she comes back with fresh fries from the kitchen! All I know is Lea takes her job seriously! And with care to other people! Very important quality in a worker. Lea deserves a raise! Made our experience really sweet and special! Thank you Lea! I hope you get a raise!

Not a bad place to stop by for a break when you’ve been driving for a while. Service was great and bathrooms can be unlocked when you ask the staff they are pretty quick about it.
Only thing was there were many homeless and druggies sitting outside McDonalds or in the parking lot.
Besides that they got the order right.
– Lots of Parking
– Kids play area
– Clean Restrooms
– Womderful friendly service

Honestly, McDonald’s is driving me crazy! The menu is filled with calorie bombs and processed junk that just makes you feel gross afterward. Every time I go, I’m reminded of how stale the quality is. And what’s up with the service? It’s slow and chaotic, leaving you feeling frustrated. Plus, those questionable animal welfare practices are a turnoff. Seriously, I’m done with fast food that doesn’t care about quality!

This is a clean, well kept McDonald’s. I ate inside and ordered my food through one of their kiosks. My meal was brought to my table in a few minutes. The food was good by McDonald’s standards— probably the best quarter pounder I’ve had in years. The fries were good too. The children’s play area looks nice and clean as well.

After over 300 perfect orders they gave me extra mac sause instead of none. I let them know over the phone. When I got there, they immediately got my order fixed. I didn’t even have to say what it was or my name. Always a great place

Lobby doesn’t open until 8 but they don’t list that at all other than when you walk up to the door. Makes it difficult to just get breakfast on my way to work. On the days where I can go inside and get something to eat, staff comes up and tells me I only have 30 minutes to be there to eat or they’ll complain about loitering. Drinks are never stirred so syrup just sits at the bottom and I always have to double check my order to make sure it’s right. Always.

I went through the DT and was parked because they were cooking fresh meat for a QPC for me. I waited 15 minutes before they brought the food. That is ridiculous! Do better.
