I live really close by so it’s always been an alternative to cooking or just a quick snack.
However, it truly depends on who’s working. Order is about 40% they’ll get it right, or be missing items, get somebody else’s order. Most the time I do go back but sometimes I can’t an I can’t eat what they gave me.
So as an update, McDonald’s GM did reach out to me and try to narrow down what’s happening and how they can improve. I’ll change my review in the future to see what has improved

We come here to this one as it’s closest to us. Normally service is subpar and always get the order wrong when I special order for my kids’ burger. Today that happened again where his order was not done correctly even though the sticker on his burger said exactly how it was special ordered. The as I’m eating my burger I notice that one of the patties is RAW. Not rare. Even then that’s not ok for ground beef. It was just straight raw. Like the threw it on the grill for a minute and took it off. Then when I go to remove that extra patty, I find a damn hair in the cheese on the burger. I just can’t. It’s one thing that my order isn’t done up correctly more than half the time. We manage and scrap off what we don’t like when that happens. But the fact that not only was the patty not cooked all the way, but finding a bar.

Two things. 1. I always get the vanilla cone as I am addicted to them. 2. Unfortunately, I live close to this McDonald’s. And out of the millions of vanilla cones I have had at Alden McDonald’s all over the country. This McDonald’s is hands down consistently the worst. The employees here need to go through some serious remedial training on how to use the ice cream machine and serve the vanilla on the cone. It is an absolute disgrace and because I live so close, each time eye pray and hope that something has changed but to my other dismay, does pathetic and sorry excuse of vanilla cone just does not seem to improve. And most importantly, despite witnessing vast improvements in all the McDonald’s having functioning ice cream machines, this one straggles behind and lacks the quality control and assurance and remains as a constant disappointment to vanilla cone addict. So much so that (one of the reasons) I plan to move out of this area just so that I can drag my lazy butt to a different McDonald’s.

Ordered coffee as a meal with my McGriddle.
First, it doesn’t even look like they put coffee in my coffee. Looks like straight up creamer and caramel. Very disappointing. Should’ve just gotten the OJ at that point because I’m probably just going to throw this away.
Second, I asked for a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and got a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle.
Very disappointed and feel like I wasted money.

This review is about my visit on Wednesday, January 7th 2025. I’ve been coming here for years and getting a Big Mac meal. On this particular day, James (unfortunately the GM) was requiring me to pay an extra 25 cents for tarter sauce I always get for my fries. Everyone knows that McDonald’s isn’t cheap anymore as a matter of fact, I can get Reds Tavern double at Red Robin for a little bit cheaper and its better food. So, I wasn’t going to pay any more than the $11.00 it costs for the Big Mac meal. James was sticking to his guns, so I asked for a refund. He gave me my $11.00 back and told me to keep the large coke which was worth $2.69.
Wow. What sence does that make? He gives away $2.69 instead of 25 cents. Thats incredibly counter productive to the business.
Mcdonald’s corporate, y’all need a new GM at this location.
I went to a different Mcdonald’s got 2 tarter sauces for my fries without incident after this. Was completely unnecessary to force me to go to a different location.

Still one of the slowest fast food ever. 10 minutes waiting at the table, 5 minutes waiting by the register, and another 5 minutes waiting at the table again. After all that, I finally get my order and hear: “Sorry, we don’t have sweet and sour sauces. Do you want any other sauces?”
Of course I do — I paid for them. Also, nobody gave me any Monopoly game pieces.
It really feels like this McDonald’s needs not just regular employees, but at least one supervisor who actually cares about customers.

If you have the choice don’t go here. I just went & while the did give me a full refund it doesn’t make up for the fact that my food was literally tainted.
My sprite tasted like mold, i brought it back to get a new drink & the employee got a new, small cup of the sprite to double check it so to say & asked me to taste it. The sprite in the little cup he just got was pink now (the cup I got was not pink it just taste like mold infused sprite). Obviously, I didn’t try it. (My assumption is that they clean their soda machine so little that pink mold has had the opportunity to grow). He had one of the other employees test it & the look on their face told me that it was NOT right.
In addition there was what looks like ash or mold on the bottom of my Big Mac (photo included). The fries were crispy I’ll give them that, but they tasted off. My cheeseburger also didn’t taste right.
I asked for no onion & no pickle & they also didn’t that. They made my order correctly they food was just bad.
They are clearly doing something wrong. Don’t put your heath in more risk than it already is by eating at this McDonald’s. They are borderline poisoning people.
Props to the employees for being so chill & responsive to the problem. But I hope they actually fix it.

I will start by saying I should’ve taken photos to show proof.
I have unfortunately been to this location five times and each time they charged me $5 for a large fry just to get that little bag that usually is in a kid’s meal or an actual small fry order. After seeing moldy food from my coworkers and strangers I will no longer eat here and will warn others not to as well. Bad food. Slow (fast food). Poor service.

I am so disgusted with McDonald’s now! We quit going to one when they wouldn’t take my special coffee order at another location. They’re all like that now. Waste of time. What one person could ring up and pay in a minute to 2, you are at self service kiosk for up to 3 or 4 minutes and then have to go to counter to pay! Annoying. Going to drive through only and cutting back on that too.

I don’t know why McDonald’s be trying people. I asked for an Iced Coffee, that’s it…with Coffee. I say “with Coffee” because when they gave it to me the first time it was Iced creamer. I gave it back and said “Can you please pour out some and add Coffee because clearly this only has a splash of coffee”. He took it from me, gave it back and this is what I got. Iced creamer with 2 splashes of coffee! SMH And the manager had the nerve to tell me that’s what Iced coffee looks like and take it.
I drank a sip and of course it tasted of pure creamer with a hint of coffee. Since I didn’t want to waste my $1.09 (I ordered it from the app) I just added my own instant coffee when I got home.
Man oh man, someone has to really tick you off to leave bad reviews for a fast food restaurant.
