Hey man it took 20 minutes with no line for someone to bust a nut on my chicken and forget to add the lettuce
P.S. – I ordered bekfast a few weeks ago on the app, they took my money, said they couldn’t make the food, said I’d get a refund, never did. Now I’m out 25 bucks and to top it off, they gave me the McCumshot.

Received a breakfast sandwich on a bagel instead of a biscuit. Didn’t find out until I got to work. They seemed short staffed and overwhelmed

As with most other McDonald’s restaurants, it was an okay experience. The bathrooms were clean and ordering was easy. Additionally, the dining area wasn’t busy, so it was ideal to sit as we waited for our order.

While I was waiting on my mobile order the cashier came up to the customer, not asking him how he was doing or hi amd just took his order. He came up to me ask me if I had a grinch meal instead of asking me if I had a mobile order and I said yes because that what I order on my mobile. He brought out two grinch meals but it was not for me. I finally ask him about my order and told him mine was a mobile. That is when he told me the mobile was down. I pretty much wasted my lunch time waiting. If he had ask me if I had a mobile order I would have not have wasted my lunch and I would have known it was down. He could have offered something like a snack or a coupon for wasting my time and lunch.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but my experience today was beyond disappointing. And I’m a Millennial; I can tolerate slow service and errors, but even I have limits. Maybe my mistake was visiting this location during lunch rush. I ordered two McDoubles with extra pickles and a medium fry. After paying at the window I waited in a mobile pickup spot for about 20 minutes. After leaving the store, I unwrapped a burger to see… this. One patty, no cheese, and ketchup everywhere, for both burgers which were part of my $13 order (a waste of money, clearly). I will not be visiting this location again.

The workers ask me why I order a plain double cheeseburger and then ask for ketchup and mayonnaise packets. It’s because;
1: when you ask for no onions they always either
A: forget that the order doesn’t have onions or don’t read the screen and power through it.
B: they put onions on it and then wipe it off leaving remnants of onions. Then the burger tastes like onions even after they wipe it off.
2: no matter how many times I’ve went through the drive thru and ordered a burger without onions, they’ve always messed it up. I’ve done a test run and recorded it every time 1 out of 20 orders is correct when you ask for no onions.
3: when you ask for mayonnaise they always load it up with so much mayo that it’s a messy burger and the presentation is horrible. They may as well toss the burger in a bowl of mayo and hand it to you. You always have to wash your hands after your done because it’s so much sauce that you can’t help but get your hands dirty.

Fast friendly, if you’re ordering for McDonald’s you can agree that it’s bound to be delicious. As far as my experience with this McDonald’s I’ve never had any issues.

Stopped in for 3 sodas and was in line for 20 min with maybe 5 cars in front of me. When we got to the pay window, the guy did not acknowledge us by saying just a moment or anything. Instead we waited for 10 minutes before he even came to the window to take our money. When we got to the second window, the chick there was very slow.
