I was disrespected racially profiled and disrespected in front of my 74-year-old disabled grandmother and my two little baby girls and the sheriffs were called on me for picking up from picking them up from having lunch they watched my family the whole time they were in there and she called the sheriff on me just to return some food and told me it’s not a department store and the sheriff said that they have a lot of scammers up there that are coming in with receipts to get money that doesn’t even make any sense to me the manager would not give me her name she would not give me corporate’s phone number she told me they didn’t do refunds I parked right there in the front I’ve never experienced that type of treatment and the next swinging and talking like she was from the ghetto. I am a community advocate as well my Ministry is great woman of Faith Outreach. I filed a complaint with McDonald’s and also with the Sheriff’s Office and nothing has transpired whatsoever the blatant discrimination and racism that I received in front of all those people is 2023 I just I can’t believe people are still doing this today I can’t believe it and they do not care about the children

This McDonald’s has great potential. They need the drink machine and ordering kiosk to be 4 stars. My bacon barbecue chicken sandwich was delicious, but they forgot the bacon. The chicken was moist and wonderful. The SW chicken salad had the same great chicken and a lovely variety of greens, beans, carrots, and corn. Their only diet soda was coke. The not diet varieties we’re limited too. I watched the order taker spend too much time communicating with a customer who was a communication challenge.

Had an awesome 2 cheeseburger and fry meal but they never gave me my drink, and basically didn’t have any service until I waited about ten minutes for someone to take my order. When I went back in to get some sauces they didn’t even respond.

I eat at this McDonald’s way more than I want to admit, their breakfast sandwiches are great. BUT… the ice cream machine fiasco is ridiculous. Over the last few years I have become way more familiar with the notorious McDonald’s ice cream machine and it’s working or not working. I just have one request, suggestion, or plea. Please just put a sign out front before you get in line at the drive-thru that the machine is down. Once you’re in line you’re trapped, if the ice cream is the main reason you’re there, it is very maddening to not have any option but to go through the line and not be able to get what you came for.

We came to this McDonald’s to spend time with the kids. On the first photo in the preview there is a “play place” sign. We made an order, sat down and here’s a surprise, the play area is closed. What? … On my question to the managers, what happened, they answered – Covid … Even more surprise. This state has long since lifted covid restrictions. Give people a real reason or open up a playground, you upset customers who have kids!
