I just want to say that I appreciated Sydney and Angel, Sydney took our order very smooth and professional, he’s friendly and a really nice guy. Angel is friendly, respectful, and he did the job like in no other place. I wanna say thank you for the great service and the work you guys do at Renton McDonald’s.

I ordered a double hamburger only pickle. The order was correct on the menu board . It was correctly written up & charged correctly . I had to get back to work & the order was a single patty with ketchup only. I took it back about half hour later on my way home from work and reordered it again thru the drive thru. Got up to the window he apologized and proceeded to give me another single patty instead of a double. I did not catch it until I was thru the line. They need to read the order very disappointed in this store.

I ordered cheeseburgers and large fries. The fries were old because they were very dry and cold. The burgers cold. When you pay $5 for simple fries it better be at least warm. And looks like I’m not the only one complaining for the same thing. Very bad management at this location

I was in the restaurant and received my food, got my 2 small fries and barely anything was in there, and were barely warm. I asked the staff to switch for hot fries. They refused and said that I ate most of it, there were barely anything there. The staff were rude and very unprofessional, I was very disappointed in the treatment I received. Out of principal I would never come back here again.

Food was ready when I got to the window. Food was cold and very sloppy. A pinch of Lettuce on all 6 of the McChickens I ordered, small amount of sauce, Mcdouble was dry and buns were burnt. Fries were cold and tasted old.

Was literally told I was not allowed to order food. I was trying to get the SpongeBob meals, at first he said he didn’t have it, then he said he just had the sandwich, then he said he had the sandwich and tots, but it was only for kids, he would not sell it to me. Did not even ask if I was purchasing for kids or not.

Drive thru is a mess. We give our mobile code to the girl for a free burger with purchase. She writes in the code and then messes up and the order restarts. She asks us for the code again and obviously the code no longer works and the app doesn’t let us get into the code again for 15 minutes. We order two unsweetened teas and miss getting our free burger. Then we drive home to find out our teas are sweeten. They can’t get anything right. A total waste of time and sloppy job

Stopped here this afternoon for lunch, picked up 2 happy meals and asked for toys. I also ordered a sandwich and drink for myself. They did not give me my sandwich and drink and they did not give different toys which upset my kids. I did not notice the toys until we got home so that was annoying. I had to park next to the door and go in because they handbrake given me my food and the lady inside yelled at me for parking there and told me to talk to someone else. Another person grabbed my food from the back counter and basically threw it at me. The service here is really awful.

I was lucky to get my fries hot & fresh but the McD’s app is pretty confusing to use actually but so are MOST of the food apps out there. I got Large fries for $1! The bad side is that the location was pretty under staffed very “gloomy” & uninviting. You’re greeted by the order kiosks. No one really tends to the lobby or the kids play area. My 2nd order I placed at the counter took a while as the drive-thru was the priority. They ended up with putting extra onions on BOTH my sandwiches but I can see hiw that can happen. But my food definitely was not fresh in any way. Go in a pinch, but the one off of Exit 7 is better.
