Never again. I won’t pick up from here. I ordered food my wife’s in the hospital across the street might not at sure exactly what’s going on with her I ordered my kid food I’m sending a number 7 in the curbside seeing how you’re 25 minutes I have to bring my daughter inside to find out my food has been marked curbside number seven and left in the DoorDash area like so I went in and yell at them and he’s telling me to not yell at his employees well I don’t know you left your curbside food of the family that’s going through something sitting on the thing to get cold and now I have to wait for it to be remade I won’t come back I won’t dash it I won’t work this store I’m done this is the last straw

Was there on a Wednesday night from about 7:30-8:00. Play area is good, just worry about cleanliness not only at the play area, but with how full every trash can was, i wonder how dirty the back is?

THIS IS A REAL REVIEW OF 2026!!! PLEASE READ. Do not go to this McDonald’s Their customer service is TERRIBLE AND TERRIFYING. they yell at their customers they CUSS out their customers!!! The Asian lady who is a manager has made multiple remarks towards me in the past and has some weird resentment towards me I’m a total stranger I shouldn’t affect her that bad. She does not deserve that position, not only that I’ve had my order messed up multiple times and when I come back to get it remade, she’s irritated about it and yells at her crew instead of taking it with a high chin she rolls her eyes moans and growns. It’s childish. She’s always yelling and being disrespectful. Maybe she should get herself in line 1st so that she can manage a franchise better. She also has a crew full of minors Expect your money and food to be handled by 16 and below age. Nobody of adult mental capacity, including her at her grown age, I came to this McDonald’s for a drink only I don’t eat McDonald’s food EVER! And was Disrespected highly by several McDonald’s workers. There’s also rats running all around their parking lot It’s infested like downtown Seattle This is Covington.. a suburbs I moved to years ago for its quiet and respectful environment. This McDonald’s revokes that. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO THE MCDONALDS IN MAPLE VALLEY OR KENT 240th.

Definitely was the reminder to check your food before you started eating. Got a McChicken and Double Cheeseburger. The lettuce on the McChicken was gray/brown. Luckily I didnt eat it in the car.

I brought my kid here, and we had a great experience! The play area was clean, and my child had so much fun. The staff were very friendly—they even came to our table to check if everything was okay and if we were enjoying our meal. Everyone was so polite and welcoming! Definitely will come back again!

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The staff seemed disorganized, and there was a clear communication issue that led to my order being incorrect. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, but it was missing both the egg and cheese. Additionally, the ice cream machine was out of order, and I ended up spending $5 just for a bottle of water, which felt like a waste. Overall, the visit was frustrating and did not meet basic service expectations.

The cashiers never smiled, the helpers never smiled or said thank you or you’re welcome. Never was one table cleaned the whole hour and a half that we were here, and the bathrooms were dirty. Not great at all.

I went through the drive-thru after work and the employee on the headset was very courteous and well-mannered. I frequent this location and have gone inside for other occasions, and everybody had gone above and beyond to assist me when needed. The McDonald’s team has well-trained employees that also have a positive attitude, and I have had the displeasure of witnessing a handful of altercations between customers and employees. The employees had done their best to diffuse the situations and the customers either walk away or throw tantrums. I figured I post a review since yesterday, I witnessed a very aggressive customer and felt like the employees at McDonald’s need to be praised for their hard work. I was horrified by the customer’s actions but the person at the window was still so kind and professional even after such a scary encounter! Kudos to him and everyone at McDonald’s.

Card was compromised after visiting this drive-thru. Fraudulent charges appeared the next day. When I brought bank records to manager, she refused to investigate and claimed ‘this never happened.’ Found another customer had the same issue on the same day. Bank fraud department identified the person who used my stolen card information. Reported to corporate and authorities.
