This is such a great little McDonald’s! But the coolest part is the play area… So we are anxiously awaiting when it will be fixed (someday?)
The restaurant and bathrooms here are clean, and the staff is super friendly.
The parking lot is very busy so keep an eye on your little ones.

I just stopped by to use the bathroom. I immediately saw a goth worker taking the trash out. Already and interesting experience. Then, walking out the door was a long line of pre schoolers. Nice bathroom. Kind workers. Cool play place (I might stop by later.) Overall, a short and sweet experience. 5 stars.

I dont eat McDonald’s often at all, and as a Maple Valley resident, I try to go to the four corners one when I do because the quality is so much better. I decided to give this one a try again today, and it was just as bad today as it was 3 years ago. Asked for no pickles, got pickles. Nuggets were flavorless and undercooked (almost raw). I would definitely recommend driving the extra 5 min to four corners as it is much better quality and service.

Be extremely careful with this location. They will serve whatever the kitchen has and doesn’t give you the correct order. If they screw up they can’t refund orders apparently they can only write a name down for a future free item. This is 3rd times it’s happen. I think maybe it’s a sign we shouldn’t be eating McDonald’s.

I have never been treated so rudely at any other location before. I’ve never been spoken down to like this store manager did or the manager on duty did today. I am still in shock they could be so rude and mean over someone asking to put ranch on a snack wrap..I’m so confused why they would cause such a scene and blow up over such a small request. Please don’t go to this location. I literally just gave the Covington location a five star review a few weeks ago because I’m not someone who only complains and leaves bad reviews. I leave nice reviews too.. but this was crazy…

This is probably one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Overall, interactions with the staff there feels like they don’t enjoy being there. Most recent visit was a drive thru experience. Order taker spoke very fast and mumbled. You could barely understand him. When we got the window, he was very unkempt, almost as if he was a homeless person they just hired off the street. At the pickup window, the person flew the window open and shoved the bag in my face then slammed the window shut without saying a word. Neither person was wearing any type of uniform or even a name tag. Just no standards at all for service or appearance.

Nice staff. Food was quick and ok could have been hotter but it was ok. Lobby was pretty clean but the floor must of been mopped after the back it was a bit slick but clean. Bathroom was ok could use a quick wipe throw but the toilets were clean. My upseting moment was the play plays was closed and not really a reason why. But was supper looking forward to eating and playing and so was another momma and her friend and kids. So lots of kids with sad faces at lunch today.

Used to be the best location but lately it has failed on multiple avenues. Play place is NEVER open, has taken 10min sometimes to get one big mac (often forget my extra pickles), and the restrooms have been unavailable for over a week now.

So I mean I get it, I went through the drive through 30min before they closed. Maybe that was my bad..
However; when I order a 2 cheeseburger meal. I’d at least expect that there would be cheese on the burgers… getting a dry hamburger with 1 pickle and mustard is a real let down. There was no cheese, no onion, no ketchup; just mustard and a pickle. The fry’s were hot but didn’t have any seasonings on them… the only good thing about the food was the sprite which thankfully they didnt screw up.

consistently cold fries if you visit this location past 6 pm, ordered 2 meals, order taker in the drive thru automatically put large on the meals and conveniently didn’t give me a receipt
