Got about half way through my QPC before I realized the burger was raw. Was going to just warm it up in the microwave then found a hair while taking the burger apart… Hopefully I don’t get sick. Been to this location to get breakfast and the door says they open at five but it’s hit or miss if anyone is even there to open the doors. I drive a large van so I can’t go through the drive thru. Just a waste of time and money.

This is quite a nice McDonald’s location. The food is good, the prices are reasonable in the app, and I have nothing negative to say about this McDonald’s location at all. I have ordered many times from this location in the past as well as my wife and we enjoy the food. The food is usually quite fresh and the service is good. The current drive-through employees are nice people and they do their job well. My only critique is that I have arrived for DoorDash/Uber eats orders in the past and it has taken me sometimes longer than 5 to 10 minutes to receive an order that was already done simply because they weren’t paying any attention and this is usually in the morning time. I will be the only person there and I’ll be standing at the counter, staring at them and I still won’t be able to get any attention or receive service to retrieve the order that is finished and I can visibly see sitting there. Including when I have tried to speak to them to get their attention. I would still put this rating at a five star overall despite that because I know that often times, they can be a little bit busy or distracted, and I understand that. This location is generally quite fast at clearing their drive-through and they have very good service times. I did forget to mention that another downside to this location is that they sometimes forget to turn off/disable placing mobile orders to this location on holidays when they are closed. Other McDonald’s locations are quite good at disabling their mobile orders when they are closed, this one does not seem to do that and it ends up with arriving to a completely pitch black dark restaurant on a holiday when it says they are open and then you have to cancel your order and you end up waiting for a refund to come through for 3 to 7 days and you end up losing your discount code for the day and you have to use a different one. Overall, still a five star rating and the food is good quality for what you would expect at McDonald’s. The fries are fresh, the Slurpee‘s are good, the drinks have never been bad, I’ve never had a mistake with my order, even with heavily modified items.

actually huge shout out to whoever was on closing shift tonight(jan 24). i ordered a cheeseburger with extra pickle, typically most mcdonald’s give me three pickles when i asked for extra. this mcdonald’s gave me so many pickles i had a pickle in every bite. it was the most magical cheeseburger ive had from mcdonald’s in all of my years of living. thank you closing mcdonald’s workers.

This review is long over due.. I just want to express my gratitude and respect for the employees at this location in particular Jesus and another man I don’t know his name but he recommended the Monroe goodwill to me I will figure out his name somehow because he is so kind and friendly and they both do a great job. Really everyone there really does a great job. I regularly go to this McDonald’s for roughly the last 2 years and they have truly stepped up their game especially in service. Thank you to all of you and I hope that you get the recognition you deserve!!

Today I got a meal deal with no onion and a sprite. They tried to give me a coke and I informed them that was not my drink. Not sure if there’s a shortage on cups but this is what was given back to me ‍♀️oh and the onions on the burger.
Every week is something. I get charged for food I don’t receive or just receive the wrong order. Maybe I should just stop going ?!

I just stopped gott a 1/4 lb’er with cheese and got home to find that the burger is somewhat raw. I just threw it away. I paid almost $20 for burger, fries and a smoothie. Very frustrating

1. At the time I came they were getting a shipment which the truck driver was blocking the drive thru
2. I asked for a grinch meal they proceeded to tell me they don’t have it, so I asked why do I see it on the menu and then they told me they aren’t going to sell it bc they ran out of socks, I then said I wasn’t wanting any socks just food as I was starving and on break, I asked if they have grinch salt they said yes but won’t be selling it. Very frustrating and I’ve had another location sell to me despite socks that I didn’t care about.
Did I mention I’m still hungry? Thanks for nothing McDonalds
Update 2 months later: This location sucks! Everytime I come in it’s a problem , the app never works here, the employees all act clueless when asking for help, I try to use my app here it takes my points or doesn’t register them and I never get the food I want for the price the app says

I bring my kids here randomly at night to get ice cream on the way home. There is the most positive guy on the planet who works the drive through at night. My kids are always excited to see him because he is SO positive about life. We stopped by tonight and think he should be the new manager. Tell him he is amazing and keep up the positivity. You make our night.

This location is really bad. I get sent to one of the stalls cause my food wasn’t ready. 10 minutes later, I go in to see what’s going on…. they don’t even have my order on the board, only my receipt. And that’s after the orange juice debacle. Last time I ever go to this location, was late for work because of that foul up
