When I say this has to be to the worst McDonalds in history they need to be investigated seriously!!! The staff is all old I literally got this cold piece of egg last time I had to go back 3 times because they coil t get it right!! The manager who works in the morning a lady like to argue you down when I was in fact correct in she had to fix my order again I’m not sure how they are still open seriously 0 out of 10 recommend.

Charged for sauces when I got a M water and it said it was free on the receipt super weird usually water comes free when you order something boy guess I was wrong. She said you gotta pay for it and rang me two sauces not going back weird other mcdonalds dont do this, just this one. Terrible counter service at first I tried to buy two large waters and I was told I cant do that because of the monopoly id have to charge you full price for a different drink for water. Usually they ring me up a dollar for 2 large waters I’ve been here many times before this was new and a bad experience.

Went through the drive through to just grab a meal on my way home, I ordered everything was good on the menu. The woman even read off my order to me, then proceeded to charge me for I guess, a small water after I had asked specifically for a large and heard her say large. Then, when I approached the window and started to receive my stuff. The lady on the other side of the window, charged me an extra forty four cents for a large glass of water and gave me attitude, because I was charged incorrectly by her staff

This McDonald’s doesn’t seem to follow corporate directives very well. The staff is rude, and the dining arrea is not cleaned as regularly as it should be. I ordered my food at the kiosk for table service. The website states that a McDonald’s employee will bring you food to the table marker. The table number was called instead of the food being delivered. When I questioned this, I was told they were too busy to deliver food to the table. There was nobody else in the lobby and only two to three cars in the drive-through. I have been to several other McDonald’s in the area during lunch rush. They always deliver to the table. If McDonald’s did not automate the cooking process, I’m sure the food at this location would be as subpar as the service. Use this location as a last resort.
Nothing has changed since the last review aside from the staff not opening on time. For the last few weeks, the establishment has failed to open their doors at the posted opening time. Very unprofessional.

Came here at 8:00pm 12/15/25 the line is taking forever. They aren’t paying attention to customers. One girl standing at the register on her phone like it’s break time. When you work in a fast food place you have to be fast and customer service is key. Do better of quit your job

Terrible service, was a heavier indian lady working up front- she told me to order at the screen, told her i had cash, left and didnt come back. I gave up and was going to order at the screen, the code i had kept giving a blank screen and wasnt letting me select the product on the machine. I love McDonald’s food very nostalgic place I loved it as a child, I love it as a grown man. Every time I go to McDonald’s the excitement I get knowing they have the best fries in the world They always hot crispy and just the right amount salt on them just makes me very happy They have a variety of burgers you can choose from they have the best fish fillet sandwich ever and the tartar sauce just tops it off really well and they fountain machine they have the best sodas ever that orange Fanta And Orange Hi-C It’s really a thirst quencher. I’m addicted today double quarter pounders with bacon and cheese so good so hot so juicy kudos to Mickey D’s.. Told the crew member that i had a pregnant wife and that i needed my order done correctly after it not being fulfilled the first time. Instead of simply making it correct, she says “so what?” And closes the window. I have it on video as well. This was 11pm on 10/17/2025. I hope this McDonald’s hires better and more attentive crew members. I’m extremely frustrated with my experience, and hope that women learns decent human hospitality.

TLDR: Evening team repeatedly forgets my extra patties, defeating the purpose of convenient service.
I am extremely disappointed with this location. In my last three visits, they have forgotten to add the extra patties I paid for twice. Both times this happened, it was around 4:00 PM, which points to a serious lack of attention to detail during this specific shift.
The entire point of the drive-thru is convenience. I shouldn’t have to park my car, unwrap my burger to double-check it, and then walk inside to get it fixed especially when I’ve paid extra for specific modifications. It defeats the purpose of the drive-thru entirely. Please retrain your afternoon team on accuracy.

Horrible. Little girl on her phone at the register. I asked her if x,y,and z were in the bag. She said yes and no. The order was incomplete. The line was atrocious. Food was cold. This is the worst Ive ever experienced here.
