This is my first time ever writing a review, but what happened at this McDonald’s was so unacceptable that I had to speak up. The level of rudeness and unprofessionalism from both the employee and the manager, who said his name was Ronnie (not sure if that’s spelled correctly) was honestly unbelievable.
Before they even spoke to me, I witnessed the manager treating an uber eat/doordash driver in an extremely disrespectful and humiliating way. The way he spoke to that driver was completely uncalled for. It already made me uncomfortable, but I didn’t expect to be treated the same way just moments later.
When I approached the counter to simply ask why I was charged for something I didn’t order, I was met with instant hostility. Instead of helping or even listening, the employee raised his voice at me. And when I tried to explain calmly, the manager stepped in speaking to her (employee) in Spanish and didn’t even try to fix the issue, but to be rude and dismissive as well. I have never encountered a more rude, aggressive, and unprofessional manager. Their attitudes and tone toward both the driver and myself were absolutely unacceptable.
This wasn’t a misunderstanding. It was a clear lack of respect and basic customer service. No customer and no delivery driver should ever be treated like that. Never going back there again!
I truly hope upper management takes this seriously and addresses the behavior at this location, especially now that I’m reading all the other negative reviews about how customers are being treated here.

In the past month I’ve lost probably $30 at this location due to workers forgetting my food. This includes an entire happy meal. Nobody at McDonald’s replies when I asked for a refund and I’m going to stop going there.

Wouldn’t let me exchanged my tender meal because I threw the raw chicken they served me in the trash and refused to give me a meal of smaller value unless I went and fished it out of the trash instead. Don’t come come here night shift or day ridiculous

It was after the dine in option was closed. I was on foot and purchased food on the app. I get into the drive thru, walk up to the window, and show the worker my code. He immediately tells me to cancel my order that he can’t help me because I’m not in a vehicle. Now let me tell you it was below 30° outside there was one car behind me and i was no threat to anyone and the area was well lit. I understand that this is possibly protocol but the attitude and way he treated me was uncalled for. His attitude and where he came at me it seem like I’m an idiot and that I should know better. I already paid for the order online and just literally wanted my food to be handed to me but I had to be in a vehicle in order to make this happen. Now I ended up being told to cancel my order which I did. And it was the only place to open so unfortunately I did not get to eat but that’s my fault not theirs i should have planned a little better..

If I could leave a no star review I would, I ordered an online pickup meal showed up and they said they didn’t have it. I was at the right location the manager there I think named Carl was unprofessional, and when my food finally came I was missing a fry in my meal that I paid for.. I didn’t even have the energy to go back inside to tell them because I had to get back to work.. Terrible customer service from the manager there I’m definitely taking my service elsewhere from now on..

Horrible. The store runs primarily with younger kids that are not only rude, but have an attitude that they dont want to he there. The food isnt that great either. Im always being parked, and the food is always cold.
Speaking of food, the last few times I’ve visited this location, they always forget part of my order. This time, they missed half of it. Avoid this place.

Horrible experience, one of the workers yelled at my 13 year old friend for grabbing napkins to clean up a spill mess. Absurd behavior from a full grown man, in my opinion. But the food was good because obviously it’s McDonald’s duh

Sunday morning manager is rude, disrespectful and called my wife a liar. Continually repeated she is “pretty sure” she put our item in the bag. Well I’m 100% sure it’s not in the bag. Won’t take responsibility for the mistake and offered nothing for the inconvenience of someone in the house not getting their meal. And then proceeds to tell my wife to stop arguing with her and that she was “pretty sure” she put it in the bag. If any one of my employees talked to a guest the way she did my wife they would be fired. Disgraceful McDonald’s manager.

Slow. Always sooooo slow. It takes forever for drive-thru so this time I ordered ahead with the app but they still let me wait. The wait is even longer. I don’t understand.
