I stopped by McDonald’s in Bellevue and had a great experience! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. The staff were friendly and the service was quick, even during peak hours. The dining area was clean and well-maintained. Always a reliable spot when I need a quick and satisfying meal!

Sucks that this is the closest one for me to go to at lunch. They continually mess up my order. Always missing something. But today was a new one ordered a bacon bagel sandwich. I mean ya thats what I got but wow. The quality for the price is crazy…

I ordered a 2 cheese burger plain with happy meals, apples and apple juice including french fries. That cost us $11.00. They give me 2 burgers plain, and missing the other french fries. I went back through the drive through explained the situation. They told me to pay $2.78 for 2 slices of cheese. I asked the manager where is the cheese burgers and the mangers says you paid for only cheese not burgers. My kids scream they want their food. So I drive off because my kids were hungry. I shouldn’t have to pay extra for cheese. I will not go back there. The manager told me its not my fault you dont order correctly! I told her “wow,” I ordered correctly you and your crew dont do your jobs correctly. I would of pushed more but it was for $3 and my kids entered into crisis mode. As any parent knows when they get to crisis mode because they are hungry you want to calm them and feed them. I don’t recommend going back.

Manager in this branch served excellently. My son lost the backpack. When I visited again 1 week after, she was keeping it properly and we could get it back. My son was super happy with it.

In addition, not only this manager, but all the other members are serving really good with a positive attitude. I really want to appreciate them for my outstanding experience.

We stopped by here on our way down from the mountain, and it’s a decent McDonald’s. The food was ready in just a few minutes, the place was clean, and the interior design was nice.

I am so furious! I wanted to order a late night snack on the app. It showed it opens until 11pm. I ordered my food around 20 min before they closed. On the app it said that the drive thru was the only option. When I got there, there were orange cones for both drive through. Called the place a few times- no answer. I looked through the window and not a single person. There were there hours and the drive thru hours showed it should be open until either 11pm or 12pm Monday- Friday on Wednesday. Eventually I gave up and canceled my order. Next time adjust yours hours on the store window and online if you guys are closed earlier then you guys say you are! Most likely they closed everything up way too early before the closing time.

Ah, McDonald’s. This a great place to grab a quick cup of coffee before heading next door to Starbucks and waiting in line for coffee you actually wanted. It’s like a caffeine pregame. You walk in with McDonald’s coffee and the Starbucks barista looks at you like you brought a sandwich to a steakhouse. But everyone in line looks at you with a look on their face like, “I should’ve thought of that.”

Four stars for McDonald’s. Not five—because I have a gluten allergy and apparently that’s still considered a personality flaw in the McDonald’s universe. I walked in and asked if they had anything gluten-free and the cashier looked at me like I’d asked if Ronald McDonald could officiate a wedding. She said, “We have a peach mango smoothie.” I said, “Is that it?” She said, “It’s really good.” So now I’m just sitting there with a smoothie, watching my family eat fries like royalty while I sip my tropical sadness.

But let’s be honest—McDonald’s is still amazing. It’s the only place where you can order a full meal in under 30 seconds and somehow still feel like you’ve made a life decision. Before I knew gluten allergy I once ordered a McDouble, a McChicken, and fries, and the guy behind the counter said, “You want a tray?” I said, “No, I want to eat this in my car like a raccoon.”

The drive-thru is a spiritual experience. You pull up, they say “Welcome to McDonald’s,” and you immediately forget everything you’ve ever wanted. I once panicked and ordered a Filet-O-Fish. I don’t even like fish. I just said it because it sounded like a dare. Then I ate it and thought, “This is what regret tastes like.”

The peach mango smoothie though? That thing slaps. Especially in the summer. It’s like McDonald’s said, “We can’t help you with gluten, but here’s a fruit tornado in a cup.” I’ve had three in one day. I don’t know if that’s healthy, but I do know it’s cheaper than therapy.

I once asked a food inspector what he thought of the place and he said:

“It’s clean, fast, and 80% of the menu is edible. That’s a win in my book.”

So yeah, four stars. Great food, great speed, questionable decisions. If you’re gluten-free, bring a snack. If you’re not, bring stretchy pants. And if you hear someone whispering “extra sauce…” from the bathroom, don’t worry—it’s probably just the Phantom from Phantom Lake moonlighting between parks.

Good right before I went into surgery. I thought the steak bagel breakfast was the best. I think if you load your breakfast with toppings it will taste better.

This place literally stole my money. I ordered the food on the app. Then when I get there, I show the worker and manager my receipt and mobile order number and they say “you never sent the order to the store, you’ll have to pay again and order it again” then just ignored me and didn’t help. Literally stole money and gave me no food
