Third time here and it just doesnt seem to get any better.
This time under cooked fries (meaning harder colder chunks through the French fries themselves)
And they seemed to have really not cared about portions they are giving lol. In the photos, no additional fries in the bag unfortunately. I wont be returning due to the ongoing issues.

I order the fish fillet and chicken ranch. It came out that the chicken ranch is cold. I came to the front and asking this is cold and not heat it up. There is a guy claimed that he is the manager, but he could not understand what I am saying and was using a translator over his phone. He insisted that this is freshly made and repeat this cannot be heated.
He insisted and refuse to heat it up or issue a refund until I said I need to file a complaint.
He then called another lady over his phone. I explained to this lady, and she mentioned that this can be freshly made but i will need to wait for 7 minutes. And she were talking to this “manager”.
Whils he finished talking to the lady, he took the wrap from my hand turn back and smash it on the floor??
Avoid this location if you can.

A very unpleasant experience ordering from this McDonald’s. Yesterday they simply didn’t include the bacon I paid extra for, even though it was on the receipt, and the orange juice was diluted with so much water it was barely yellow, and tasted accordingly. But today was the last straw — there was a hair in my fries. Today was the last time I ate anything from here. I don’t understand how this can happen in Factoria, Bellevue — such an area, yet such service. Very unexpected and honestly embarrassing. One time is an accident, but two days in a row is a pattern.

The service appeared to be quite unsatisfactory. The staff seemed more preoccupied with socializing amongst themselves in the kitchen rather than attending to the customers.
I had requested a large tea with two lemon slices and six sugar packets.
However, I was provided with only hot water and a teabag, and when I inquired about the other items, there was no apology or explanation. They mentioned they did not have any lemon.
Furthermore, an elderly guest accidentally spilled her tea or coffee on the floor, and despite requesting assistance for over a minute, no one offered any help or support. She ended up cleaning the spill herself.
The services provided were very unprofessional and below expectations. Will never come back again.

They are supposed to offer table service but the employees here are just plain lazy and do not want to bring your food to you. I told the woman taking my order clearly that the food was for there – not to go. Then my order got called and they made it to go anyway. They do this purposely every single time.Because it is too much effort for them to simply take a few steps and bring you your food which they are required to do with their so called advertised ‘table service’ when I asked for a tray upon picking up my food at the counter , I said to the woman, a different woman not the same woman I ordered from, that I ordered my food for there.Not to go , and this woman wanted to argue with me and tell me that I inputted , that it was to go. I did not input anything because I ordered from the register. This is just horrible terrible service. Not getting my order proper as usual.And then arguing with me on top of that. I missed the days when mcdonald’s and other fast food places had good service and not these horrible excuses for employees that work here

I have experienced the poor service of this McDonald’s more than once. The employees were rude and impolite, the food was retaliated by pressing, and the burger wrappers I had previously purchased were burnt. This is something I cannot experience at other McDonald’s. The poor service and food, even near my home, I will never come back here again

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for about 4 to 5 years now and it seems like every other time that I come, the Customer Service is terrible. I came in today to dine in for the first time and I understand being next to a high school, there will be lots of customers, however the workers did not do their jobs. They were actively standing around and making conversation with another, messing up every other order that came their way, including mine. When I told her she needed to correct the size of my drink, she put it on the drink slot and left it there to never return. I had to speak up and make a complaint to all the workers about how they have been Serving their customers, and they obviously did not like it. There was about five orders back to back that they mistakenly, forgotten item, gave the incorrect item or did not want to assist. This is one of the worst McDonald’s I have been to, especially being in Bellevue. Not surprised anymore. Find another McDonald’s. And just an FYI, my fries were soggy and undercooked.

I made a TOGO order for couple of chicken burger and chicken nuggets. I was the only customer waiting there to pickup up my food and I waited for 15-20 mins.
I found chicken nuggets were missing from the order after I reached home. I called in to report it and gave the order number. Representative kept insisting to answer his query of how many nuggets are missing. Seriously, I told him that entire order of nuggets is missing.
Once I gave him a detailed breakdown of the order, I asked him if it can be refunded online and representative said that is not possible and asked me to show up there in person.
Poor customer service- First they didn’t apologize first for missing out an item from the order. When I requested for refund online, representative was very dismissive and heard giggling in the background. As others have noted; Staff is rude and lethargic; unless staffing changes are made I am not going there again.

Have not been to Macdonald’s in a while. Tonight was a reminder of why I have not been going there anymore. Went through the drive through, everything was ridiculous, pull up to first menu, which quickly/constantly repeats to pull forward to order. Pull forward, there is no menu, just the last persons order. Asked for the menu 4x, they did not understand. They did not understand my order either. Finally got through that. Besides not speaking or understanding English very well, they did know how to be rude. Got to next window, they handed us our bag and drinks. I asked if the tartar sauce was in the bag. He said yes, walked away as I checked the bag, which did not contain tartar. He would not give it to me after I pointed out that it was not in the bag. He told me I had to go back to the first window to get it. Seriously? Wow. That was impossible with someone behind me. So we head down the road stopping at QFC. My pie was not in the bag, checked receipt, it was there. Had to go back and get my pie. Again incredibly rude. Is it that hard to provide customer service? If so, you need to consider different employment. Very disappointed, I won’t be returning, I’m sure others feel the same.
