I believe corporate needs to come to this McDonald’s to do a investigation. I pulled up to the double drive thru, there was answer machine or recording that went off. I sat there and waiting for a good 10 second and no one answered to take my order. So I order and no response. Why have the double drive thru if no one response? I got my order tooken and paid. I got up to the window to get my food. They gave my drink and told me pull to spot 2. I said I cant because there were truck parked ahead of me waiting for his food, someone parked in either spot 4 or 5. A white car trying to get into traffic and a van did a u-turn once he or she got there food. They told me to park right away. I told them I can’t, so I waited at the window. The manager came up to the window, told we park you because your food wasn’t ready in a rude manner. She threw my food at me and walk away, without me explain on what happen. she was really rude and disrespectful. I getting really tired of ordering and having to park my vehicle every time I go to McDonald’s. There should be a investigation.

This is by far the best mcdonalds within 30 miles of this area. THE HAVE A KETCHUP DISPENSER, so you get the little ketchup cups. LOVE that more than you know. I’m assuming this resturant js owned by a Mexican family because Mexican people primarily work here. Which I love. The people here are so kind and actually genuine. Food quality is always amazing. This the worse McDonald’s I have ever been to. I went to the drive-through, waited more than five minutes before someone came to the speaker. Repeated my order three times. Then, at the window, she still did not have my order right and I had to repeat it another three times. Then it wasn’t ready at the window, and I had to wait didn’t explain properly where I should wait. Then my food was totally wrong. I will never go back to this McDonald’s. I’ll find another one..PS cost was $31 for fry’s and totally wrong order.

Put up with a lot at this McDonald’s, always making you wait in line for food, nothing’s ever fresh even though you had to wait in line for the food and now to buy two ice cream cones it was almost $5! Yes, that’s right. To buy 2 ice cream cones It was $4.98. 2023 oh and the manager made sure to tell the girl not to make them too high! I could hear the manager tell her that.

Ordered delivery from GrubHub+ for my families dinner for the evening. Ordered Two 20 pieces and a 10 piece, couple of burgers and some fries. Ordered showed up, missing half my order. Order 50 nuggets and only 20 show up in the bag? Math doesn’t add up there. Not sure half the folks working there need to go back to school to read or what but they sure know how to not complete an order correctly. And they put the receipt on the bag!

Came to pick my order first I wait 15 mins at drive through in front of window my online order was packed and ready to pick but staff told me to wait then I went inside lobby and no one was ready to listen me.
