I walked in and instead of being able to order from an actual human being the sign told me to order from some computer, so we’re just completely ending customer service now? I walked out immediately. If I wanted no service I would have gone to a vending machine.

Smores McFlurrys are shown on the big menu/monitor behind the counter, but good luck finding them on the kiosk to buy it.
Had to get an employee to come out to the kiosk and search for it. She struggled to find it. It’s not listed under the McFlurry section… that makes too sense. LOL!

Walked in around 8pm. Lobby was clean. We used the order kiosk. No issues there. Staff was decent. But our fries were cold, chewy/soggy. When even rhe kids dont want to eat them theres a problem. We usually just go through the drive through and everything is fresh, but we decided to go in.

I ordered two kids meals hamburgers, plain, and they still added ketchup and mustard. Used the app so there really isn’t a reason it should have been missed. Pretty much wasted my money because now my kids won’t eat it.

I never thought I’d review a McDonald’s since they seem to be so consistent, but we drove through this location on 7/12/25 and all the burgers and fries that we ordered had to have been the best that we’ve had at a McDonalds. Hot,Juicy and delicious. Thanks!

As a restaurant owner who owns two, I would give you two chances, then you would be out the door. This isn’t rocket science. Very little skill is required.

They were patient and they gotten me taken care of at 11 at night when I thought there was a good chance I wasn’t gonna be eating dinner today. I generally avoid McDonald’s, but this one was not the bad in the scheme of things. And the beautiful young lady running the counter made it extra pleasant

I visited this location yesterday 6/27/23 at 3:52 p.m. I had a survey code to redeem and they wouldn’t accept it. That ticked me off! I’m pretty sure the kid working was a new employee and when he asked the other girl about it, well she just looked like she’d never seen one before ♀️ so I didn’t get to use it!? C’mon @McDonalds get it together! I read the rest of the reviews on here and I can say that the food was fresh but who is training these employees? No, no, NO!
