Went through the drive-thru today and got some very over done chicken tenders. (I guarantee these sat on the warmer for hours) There was also hair on them .
I specifically asked for fresh and didn’t get that. I tried leaving a complaint via customer service, but I didn’t have a restaurant # because they also failed to give me the receipt I asked for. I must share these photos, because this is unacceptable. Absolutely gross.

Mcchickwn straps arr old and nasty tasting fries were cold and soggy. Asked for extra pickles and only got 1 pickle on the sandwich. Ordered at kiosk no receipt print then stood at counter for a few minutes and had to yell to get a team members attention to wait us. It is a clean facility but staffing sucks and so does the food will not recommend to anyone

I stopped in for a smoothie and this is what I got. A quarter of it is missing. I said something about it and the girl was like want me to put more ice in it for you. Her attitude was crappy about it so I said dont bother. Also, she was moving so slow she should not have been doing drive-thru. Had I been given a receipt I would have called the manager. I paid $4.95 for that smoothie. They could have atleast gave me a full drink. Poor customer service!

By far one of the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. First, why is there a PIN code on the bathrooms? One of few that still has a play place. My kid(s) are working on potty training and was inconvenienced with having to try and get an employees attention to get the code.
Secondly, our deluxe double quarter was NOT GOLD STANDARD. It wasn’t even in the box when smashed closed the pickles were off to the side. Awful. It was a self order situation, but then I was forced to pay at the counter anyway where I received my cup. But their drink station had ZERO straw available. My coke tasted like garbage anyway.. my order was placed on a tray however the other person in my group that place a ‘for here’ order got hers in a bag. Fries barely warm, 9 nuggets in one of my boxes. And to wrap things up, my son ran into the edge of the tray I was carrying, and actually scratched his cheek enough to bleed.

My order was entirely incorrect, so I went inside to correct the issue and use the restroom. I was immediately disgusted. Clearly putting code locks on the bathrooms are working. It was so unsanitary in the restaurant that I left my food and walked out. Maybe if the employee’s were busy working and not playing on there phones they would have more time to do there jobs.

Wrong sized drink, large meal and they gave me a medium drink. Ordered a hot mustard, they are charging again, and they gave me honey mustard. Ordered extra tarter on my fish sandwich, nope, not compared to the last McDonald’s I was at. (I think they are supposed to follow the same rules)

Bathrooms are always blocked an hour after they are open. Why can’t you clean the bathrooms before you open? You wait an extra hour to open your lobby but never have the bathrooms clean and ready. That’s Unacceptable. Also I’m a regular and spend money here everyday so why am I constantly being treated poorly?

Got one tiny piece of lettuce and that was the piece they gave me. Could you image if I actually ate that?! 100% would of gotten me sick. Like come on man. Posting this because I don’t want a free one. just want other people to know not to come here after 10.Or even for pm crew. Mess my order up fine but this is a different level of bad. Won’t ever come back to this location I’ll drive across town if I really want McDonalds at this point. Just crazy.

Ordered through Door Dash. Night crew mainly is to blame here. 8/10 there is always, I mean always, something not right with the order. On this particular order, the sauces that were ordered with McNuggets were not included. No salt was ordered on fries, and sure enough fries were salted and soggy. It is pretty disappointing that this happens on a regular basis, I understand that this is a franchise, but it does hurt the brand as a whole.

This McDonald’s is terrible, it takes 30+ minutes to get through the drive through and you get what you ordered MAYBE 1/10 times. 90% of the time you don’t get half of your order or they just give you something completely different.
