I gave the food three stars because it’s a hit and a miss most of the time. I really think the quality of the food is dependent on whay time of day you go. On average, I feel temperature of the french fries are not piping hot and definitely not fresh. The nuggets have also been off and on when it comes down to freshness. It is possible that it is just my luck that I come at the wrong times or maybe the wrong days but one thing that should never be off is the milkshakes. And this establishment rocks in that department. It’s not all roses but it is not terrible either. I aways come back.

They do a good job here. Don’t get me wrong however they are now charging for sauces. If you like sauce with your meal time to start going to a different fast food place, as I am. They did this a few years back and it was easy just to start going elsewhere. Came back when it changed and time to leave again. GG go next

For the 3rd time in a row, this McDonalds has messed up our order. Several items that we’ve bought and paid for are missing. If you have hungry kids and this happens, you know how frustrating it can be. Finally decided to call and speak with the manager. He essentially said that there was nothing he could do. Maybe start by learning how to read and putting the proper items that we’ve paid for in our bags? That’d be my recommendation.

Looks nice, tasty, but major mess up on my order. Gave me 4 instead of 6 nuggets and the container even said 6! I didnt notice until I left and I was in a hurry so I couldn’t go back. Massive fail.

24 hour service doesn’t mean 24 hours here apparently . Had an early morning flight, got to McDonald’s at 345am they said due to switching to breakfast they would not be able to serve us until 4:30am. (Can’t wait that long when we have a flight) pretty disappointing for a pregnant lady with a long day of flying.

This is a fast food McDonald’s restaurant. Expectations are not extremely high. I just went to pick up my mobile order and I always check it before leaving because I have food intolerances. I order a cheeseburger combo but with out cheese, there isn’t a hamburger meal. And there was cheese on them. I let the young man working the window past midnight. He says one of them was plan though. No effort to fix there mistake for the product I paid for. This is apparently the manager. The attitude is just not there especially for a manager. I ordered chili sauces and they where not in the bag, I ask the employee and the reply is “Where out”. Okay maybe tell the customer there out and offer substitutes. And whenever I doordash it’s always wrong and the food is poor quality. Super disappointed in this service.

This place has a little short Hispanic guy working there with glasses that is extremely rude. He does not listen when you are trying to talk. He gets my order wrong every single time I order food here. The food is always cold and very old tasting. Twice in one night he got my order wrong I tried to kindly explain what I was wanting he cut me off and said I don’t need the attitude and proceeded to call police on me all beucase I wanted my order made right and I was very kind about it. I do not recommend coming to this mcdonalds unless you want really bad service. Someone being very rude to you and not caring about your wants and needs and serves old and cold food.

Update 10/2024. It’s still macdonald’s. They get your order right 80% of the time. Staffing still a challenge. Prices going up as expected.
Classic McDonald’s with fast service and okay food. Drive thru has 2 order stations. Inside was remodeled but showing age and doesn’t have the new self order stations. Food was classic McDonald’s. Service was fast and friendly. If you’ve been to one you’ve been to them all.

We ordered, zipped right up and paid and drove to the next window and were happily handed our meal. Correct! All smiles and friendly staff. The drive through experience was like 15 seconds, truly. But all correct and we never felt rushed. Great team. Good branch.
