Today was the 5th time I have went through the drive through and waited over 30 minutes in a designated spot off to the side. Tonight was different though. After 30 minutes of waiting, I went inside to check on my order to find out it was given to someone else. They tried there best to put together my simple order quickly which took about 10 minutes. While I waited I watched a drug deal happen right in front of me. The employee that helped me out was great, but I dont think I will ever go back. I am a loyal mcdonalds customer who is completely done. The one star is for the nice kid who helped me out.

A friend of mine went through the drive through, she was told to pull into her spot after ordering ONE happy meal for her child.
She waited for 20 minutes (which was already crazy to me for ONE happy meal?) she was then told to move to a DIFFERENT spot and the worker said “he has good memory and he won’t forget her again” she was frustrated and did explain that she had been there for 20 minutes BEFORE BEING TOLD TO MOVE??? Anyways, 10 minutes later she did have to get her daughter out of her car and continue to go inside of the building and was then QUESTIONED about if she “got the happy meal” in an accusatory way. By the same gentlemen who “had the great memory” Mind you. I had been listening the entire 40 MINUTES SHE HAD BEEN IN HER VEHICLE AND WAITING IN THEIR LOBBY. Excuse me sir she would not unbuckle her child, and go into your establishment FOR ONE HAPPY MEAL if she ALREADY HAD a happy meal?? Anyways by the time she actually got the food it had been 40 minutes by the time it was all over. They also did try passing off an online order to her by the name of “Kellie” who also had a happy meal, MULTIPLE TIMES. So Kellie if you’re reading this your order got passed around like a hot potato before it actually got to your hands. Unsanitary?
My friend and another lady did also make a comment that they seemed to have plenty of staff during this process aswell.

If I could give this establishment a zero star review I would.

So I show up to the drive-through at 5:47 AM. A gentleman comes on the speaker lets me know they’re not opening till 6 AM. I’ll wait to 10 minutes or so about five minutes after that a older lady comes outside and says you know you’re gonna have to be waiting 15 minutes I said yes I know it’s no problem for me. She replied well thanks for running up my timer now I gotta say in all honesty if you’re not open, leave everything off put a cone up and if someone shows up early, why would a timer start counting when you’re not even open for business and you’re more concerned about the timer than say customer service to whomever reads this please note the customer may not always be right but do you or do you not want them to spend money in your establishment? Isn’t that what you’re open for? I have had several problems at this location from food being cold people have been rude, extreme waiting I’m done with you guys. McDonald’s use to have standards good customer service and everyone s appearance was clean and tidy . I have done my best to Always give you guys the benefit of the doubt so now you don’t have to worry about your timer ticking. I will take my business elsewhere.

Once again they were surprised by us showing up there to eat. We seem to always catch them off guard and they never have anything ready like back in the day. You use to go through the drive through because you were in a hurry and were there for “fast food.” Now it’s hurry and get in line, order, and then be assigned a place to go wait. Crazy. They have tried to fool me a few times by saying that they are making my food fresh. I tried standing up to their B.S. stating I am ok with the stale and non-fresh items, I was quickly told, no – please go to number 3 and we will be with you shortly, ( 6 minutes ) I have to allot for approximately 80 minutes when I go to McDonalds on campus. Still not sure why they got two lanes for ordering.

We ordered some holiday drinks via the app and when we arrived they said they didn’t stock the holiday drinks and that they can’t change the availability in the app. They offered no alternative and told us to request a refund in the app. The app refund request was denied and we lost $10 due to the complete incompetence of this location. Stores CAN remove items that aren’t available in the app so they aren’t able to be ordered. Seems like they are scamming customers to fudge their sales.

Moved to the area last year. Every time I have visited using drive thru I always have to pull up and wait in a spot forever. Most of the time the food is right, which is why I risk it sometimes but honestly…both McDonald’s here have serious issues with the time it takes to get a CORRECT order

Went through the drive through, was asked to pull to the side to a designated spot and wait as I am every time I go through the drive through. About 10 minutes later I get my food. Missing a burger (the most expensive one on the order) and all my fries are about 3/4 full. Should have just ordered a medium and saved money if I was going to be shorted anyways. Good thing I knew to check my food before leaving (they miss items frequently.)
I don’t mind being asked to wait at a designated spot (every single time) I order, but to pull out, wait 10 minutes, and still miss items on my order is ridiculous. Going forward I will simply decline pulling to the side to wait and will stay in line until I get my correct order.

Not your average garage Hey Jack
Wasn’t clean, for some reason there was also a lot of flies. Also stunk inside like a bad bathroom. The food was alright, came out pretty fast. Definitely not a fan, wouldn’t go very often. Parking lot was easy access and close to shopping places. Groceries or just for fun.

They are so poorly slow, be prepared to stand around and wait for your fast food. That’s not really technically fast food. They are definitely focusing more on DoorDash orders and the drive. Apparently their lobby customers are not nearly as important as the rest of the customers.

I’m only staying here in town for a short while. Sadly so far my experience wasn’t very pleasant. I ordered thru the kiosk inside, a large Frappe, that’s it. No receipt (out of paper i guess ) people came and went, big line of customers waiting. After 35 minutes of waiting i had to ask someone for assistance. There was a someone who order an ice cream cone, 20 minutes… It feels chaotic in there, there should be sufficient people, but i noticed not everyone is working at the same rate and up to standards in terms of efficiency. There’s 3 guys i noticed not doing much, a few actually moving around doing the work. It’s very disappointing to see such bad efficiency. I understand it gets busy, but a team is only good as it’s members. I hope things get fixed, but I’m only here temporary. I can’t really express too much fault on their management. Good luck.
