Just ordered lunch on my app for pick up through drive-through at Allen creek location. My brother didn’t want to get a quarter pounder because he got one that was really pink one time. I said it wasn’t a big deal just an uncommon mistake and proceeded to talk him into getting one. Not only was my double quarter pounder so pink that it made me gag but his patty looked like they threw it on the ground and stomped on it. Bought a 10 piece chicken nugget with a bbq sauce they forgot the bbq sauce. Bought 2 fries with extra salt they forgot the extra salt packets. They also forgot my five dollars in other sauce that I purchased through the app. I thought the days of inspecting your bags and counting items before you pull away from the drive-through window Were over. I guess it’s my fault for not driving the extra few miles to In-N-Out Burger

We went thru the drive thru. Just passing thru town. Employees here are rude/don’t talk to you. No napkins. Didn’t ask if we wanted ketchup for fries. They just hand you your stuff and don’t say anything.

I dont normally leave good reviews for fast food but the morning crew here is awesome, especially Justin. Literally the best crew I’ve encountered and I’ve been to just about every state in the country. The evening crew on the other hand absolutely horrible. 30 minutes waiting on a milkshake and its not even busy. Morning service 10/10 evening service 1/10

We ordered our food ahead to eat in restaurant with our kids. We waited 10 minutes for the staff to unlock the bathroom for our kids. Several food items were missing from our order and it took a long time for the items to be made and staff was rude and unapologetic. They didn’t even speak to us when we explained the issues with the order. The staff would just turn around and walk away without saying a word. I came back to the counter and asked for napkins and they walked away without saying a word again and threw two napkins down and walked away again, we had 6 kids with us and they walked away and I had to wait an additions 5 minutes before I could ask for a few more napkins. They didn’t give us the sauce we ordered and I went to the counter and asked for sweet and sour, the lady returned with ranch threw it at the counter and turned away without hearing me say it was the wrong sauce. I was kind and respectful the whole time and all the staff we encountered were deliberately being rude for no reason.

It’s mcdonalds, it’s whatever you expect a fast food place to be, slightly rude, slightly messy, and slightly good tasting. The only real problem is it’s getting more expensive. 14$ for a meal is kinda crazy when I grew only spending 2$ for a meal.

I honestly don’t know why I come back here. Every single time I come here there’s something wrong with my order the food is always ice cold the cheese is never melted on the hamburgers they are really messed up. I guess it’s the lesser of two evils because the only other fast food in the area is abysmal..

Went through drive thru. Ordered 2 breakfast combos. Missing part of one of them(2 burritos) the kid at the window was basically asleep and yawning. Had to go inside to get my missing food. and after waiting the manager asked what the problem is, and then checked my bag. Rude. Asked what kind of salsa and i said hot. They gave me mild. Todays morning crew 10/6/25 needs to be wake up and smell the coffee

Gave me the wrong size fry, easily resolved. Pricing is insane a simple hot and spicy is not worth $4. Single small (previously dollar menu) sandwhich and fries shouldn’t be 10 bucks. I didnt even get a drink. Haven’t been to a mcdonalds in years and this proves why it’s not worth it. Plenty of better options at this price point.
