Just went through the drive through and should of known something was up when they tried to hand me a Sprite instead of a Diet Coke. Got most of the food I order. Only things wrong were the soda and the 6 piece nugget that turned out to be a nugget container full of their Big Mac sauce. Disappointing, likely won’t be going back for a while.

Staff is always rude. Hard to get their attention if you need anything or to use the restroom. Staff is mainly teenagers with zero customer service training.

I like my hamburgers Plain and without cheese. Most of the time, the staff enters it correctly, Plain, No American Cheese. 9 out of 10 times, the staff preparing the meal always add Cheese. Even when the tag says “No American Cheese”. I have to admit, it gets really old. And all the rest of the food gets cold while we wait for my hamburger to get remade. Is there anything you can do to correct this. Thank you

Went to get a quick breakfast and when we had said the first thing on our order it took the dude multiple minutes to respond again and then repeated his question of what we wanted, we had said very clearly and loudly what we wanted. Eventually we got our order down and he just continued on, no saying our total or anything. Took them longer on the drinks and despite my hot chocolate being labeled and such it was a coffee.

I sometimes go to McDonald’s for breakfast when I have to work the weekends.. Your weekend morning crew is fantastic!! They are so kind and efficient. Please give the weekend morning crew a raise. Good workers are hard to come by and this McDonald’s has atleast 3 fantastic workers that I see every time I swing by! Thank you for all that you do!

This was one of the worst visit we’ve had to a McDonald’s. . Many of the workers were standing around playing on their phones and the restaurant was disgusting and had a fowl smell. Especially the play area. I was surprised the food was prepared as well as it was, so that was a plus. But this place needs a MAJOR deep cleaning. The bathrooms, too. Maybe employees should spend less time huddled together flipping through their phones and pay attention to cleaning the area. . Also not sure why items are advertised that meant even on the menu. Really doesn’t make sense.

If I could give the service a negative review I absolutely would. After our food was delivered to the table we were told the rest would come soon. Our daughter received her happy meal but we had to go to the counter to ask for my husband’s burger and our drinks. We received our drink cups and waited for the burger. My husband waited and our group finished their meal and my husband finally comes with his burger. When he opened it to check if it had onions he realized that it was a plain burger when he ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese so of course he takes it back up and lets the lady at the register know that this too was the wrong items. When the gentleman told the manager about the issue she rudely rolled her eyes and ripped the burger out of his hands. We have been to this location multiple times and every time we go it’s an issue! We’ve waited up to twenty minutes for our order, had the wrong items and dealt with rude employees. I’ll honestly be driving across town to the other location or just pick something else altogether.

Do not go here ever again. Did not give the right order. The food was not tasting good at all. Worst service ever. Ever one should get fired. Or close down this place. I ask for extra Pickle and there was no extra picked at all. Listen and then do your job lazy people.

Pretty decent for a McDonald’s. They got my food to me quickly on a mobile order and the employee was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed despite rain.

When ordering through the app and making specific choices, it should really be the responsibility of the staff to inform the consumer if their choices are not available, as opposed to just giving them whatever it is they determine to be the next best thing. The next best thing would have been an immediate refund. The store manager accepts no responsibility, but just explains that they just don’t have what I ordered. That’s fine. Just tell me. Give me my money back and I can order somewhere else. This store, it’s staff, and it’s ownership are absolute trash. 100% do not recommend one trip to this place.
