A McDouble is two pieces of meat and two pieces of cheese. Not one and two pickles. Like I understand it’s a busy world out there but McDonald’s charges way too much to be incorrectly preparing the food we pay for. Both burgers were made the same. Like not good. Sometimes we want to sit in peace and eat our food in our home and not worry wether we got what we paid for or not.

I got the 10 price nuggets and fries, I am never disappointed when I come here, the food is almost always hot and fresh, the staff is friendly, and even tho some people think that it is garbage food, it is actually great quality.

Orders 20 piece nuggets. First box tasted spoiled 3 of them. Asked for a fresh 10 piece box. The employee hands me another box, NOT FRESH. Chicken was dry from sitting out. I told the employee it was not fresh. I then talked to the manager, explained i asked for a fresh box, manager got an attitude muttering “only five left” like i was running a nugget scam….i have spent 10s of thousands of dollars at mcdonalds in my life time. I know what a fresh chicken nugget looks like and tastes like. I have only ever eaten thousands of them. I am done with the Mcdonalds brand. The food and service has done nothing but go downhill. I no longer trust this company with making anything I consume.

I came to buy 2 breakfast meal earlier and pick the code to get 20% off like I usually did. When i pulled up to the window, the gorl which she was very helpful and nice. She said i picked to earn the point only and she went thru the deals with me and told me to choose again the 20% off, and it popped up that you are already use this deal and come back in 12 mins. It means i choose this deal already. She called the manager and this rude manager told me she cant do anything because i choose the point only and i asked her to read the screen if she understood what the screen said..and yes she kept saying she cant do anything. After that she said ok i will take off manual your discount, again i trusted that rude manager. When i got home i check the receipt, she took off 2% and not 20%! If you wanted to make it right, make it right!!!! Dont fool your customers! No wonder your mcd get less and less customers because your manager didnt know how to treat customers and you lost one of your customer again today.

If I could give this place less than one star I 100% would. Where to even start, Let’s start off with their hours, They’re supposed to be open at 5 AM. I went by there the other day the one time out of the year that I would’ve shown up on time for McDonald’s breakfast And they were closed. I went by there again at 6:45 AM and they were still closed. I run DoorDash quite a bit so I go in and out of that store a lot, not only are most of the people in there either stoned or they are just not paying attention or both or they just don’t care because the service is not good. I can’t tell you how many times I have gone in there and just stood at the front counter with no help for over 10 minutes. Workers will look at you and then look away very quickly Triangular hardest to not acknowledge you when you finally do get the service, It is abrupt and rude. Almost like they are irritated that they have to be at their job. Also, I understand breakfast hours are generally only for breakfast items however all of their items are located in their freezers in their kitchen right there with all of their other breakfast items so would it be a big deal to ask them for a lunch item when it is only breakfast designated hours? I wouldn’t think so because I have ordered regular items during breakfast time quite a bit well today, I was denied to McChicken’s at around 6:30 AM. The staff were also very short tempered and rude to me to them. It was very bizarre that I was not ordering a breakfast item When they said they do not serve any other items at this time I asked what really? And I was met with a very irritated tone. I will no longer be going to this establishment unless I have to with a DoorDash.

As far as McDonald’s go, this one is very nice. They keep it clean and the staff are friendly. The bathrooms are locked; although it’s a hassle to ask, it’s nice that no transients are hanging out in them. It’s also nice that they just put a button to release the door lock instead of giving you some nasty shared potty key. It has a big play structure that appears clean too, (because yes, I climbed in there with my kid), and in the kids area there is a large lobby with lots of screens where you/kids can select from several video games. Lunch starts at 11.

Great service and awesome play area for the kids. Been some time since I’ve been to a McDonald’s but needed a place to stop for the kids to burn some energy and grab some food on this rainy roadtrip. They have an indoor play area and the tables are massive touchscreens to play games. Worth the stop while passing through.

I came to this McDonald’s with my 2 children to get some food. I was waiting at the counter for someone to take my order and there was a man just ignoring me. I was very frustrated. I asked another employee there what the rude guys name was and he said his name is Jerry. Jerry ignored my family for at least 10 minutes. This made my experience very poor, and I do not recommend this location.

I wouldn’t even give them a star. But I couldn’t write a review without doing so . Be very careful when eating here they leave paper products inside your burgers and then they don’t even apologize when you advise them of it.
