Came through and spent $21.07 only to be shorted one of the chicken wraps of the meal I was splitting with someone. No I’m not going to drive back down on thanksgiving evening. No I don’t care for you to write my name in a book because it’s always a hassle to get it validated for the “free” item. Just want whoever was rushing or not paying attention to do better. A $9 meal to have half the order missing is wild to me.

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon only as a meal. because that is what I like. They gave me Regular cheeseburger with ketchup and all the toppings that I do not like with chicken nuggets, I called and asked nicely if I could please come get the correct order. They argued with me and Laughed about it they finally said I guess come to the store. I came to the store at the drive-through they cut me off when I was saying hi I’m here for the quarter pounder. so I pulled up to the window And they argued with me there tried to say I needed a receipt when I had just been there 20 minutes ago and they didn’t ask me if I wanted my receipt. They finally tell me they’re gonna make the burger and tell me that I got my fries when I didn’t. Their attitudes are just very rude for no reason. I finally get home open my burger and I realize there’s onions, ketchup, pickles, mustard everything on there that I said multiple times that I do not want. I feel as if they did it on purpose. This really just is disappointing.

Took my nephew out to lunch today. 12:40 pm on February 24th Tuesday. Whatever manager was working was treating a worker like trash threatening them they will send them home and change there schedule to how they want it and being very rude to somebody named Elizabeth.
Honestly this person should not be manager and also should not be telling treating this person badly while customers are listening. Poor lunch date with my nephew. If I wasn’t with my nephew I would have said something how rude of that lady

The workers at this place can’t seem to get orders correct. Twice now I have ordered the Spicy Egg McMuffin and Twice now they have given me Spicy Sausage McMuffin. When I said something I was ignored. Do NOT go here if you want what you actually ordered!

Most of the time eating in and dining they are great staff and nice to be ordering from and that I don’t know how else to really explain it but only thing that sometimes happens is when ordering for our family in drive thru they try putting all food into one small bag smushing the food a bit but other than that they are great to come to and fast and kind when things aren’t in service

We went by the other day for a quick treat for our daughter. I was worried with how many cars were in line, but the service was fast and all the food was fresh. We appreciate the dollar cones for an inexpensive quick treat here and there. No complaints about this location at all.

This McDonalds rocks!! The food is always good. My order is always correct, my fries and sandwiches are always hot and fresh, and in the mornings the coffee is always, and I mean always made the way you want. I love this McDonalds

This visit to the Mohawk McDonald’s was probably the best experience I have had at a McDonalds restaurant in recent memory. I took advantage of the buy one item at full price & get the second for 1$. I ordered the Big Mac & a filet-o-fish
sh. sandwich along with 2 large french fries. The sandwiches were fantastic & the french fries were hot, fresh & tasty as one would expect $4 french fries to be. The filet-o-fish had perfect buns, properly cooked fish & was exceptionally tasty.
I feel that the management is on top of things, with good employees (on this day & this shift) motivated enough to make a real effort.
