Whoever is working the drive thru right now either needs a new job or needs to learn hot to speak to customers. I always say please and thank you. Have a nice day, etc. I’m am extremely nice but that employee has a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE.. Was rude at the order board. Didn’t offer me my receipt. Shoved my food in my face as soon as I pulled up then slammed the window shut in my face.. All like I had done something wrong. Again, I was extremely polite when giving my PREORDERED food code.
I work in customer service as well so no, I’m not sorry for say this, GET A DIFFERENT JOB IF YOU CANT BE KIND TO PEOPLES FACES. It’s not hard. I do it daily. It’s called adulting. It’s time to start holding people accountable and start PAYING people what they’re actually worth not what they want.. You want a liveable wage, act like a decent person then. We all have shit going on but you don’t take it out on the strangers while you’re working.. That’s not okay…

It took them 30 min to make my order. Apparently they threw the first one away and had to remake it. 30 min and then they got my order wrong! They offered me a free pie but I didn’t get that. I got the wrong sandwich and there were no sauces. 30 min for the wrong order???!!!

Staff is always great and helpful. For some reason They now charge a “small latte surcharge” for ordering a small drink? Seems ridiculous to make me order a larger size

Honest Thoughts
Update to the terrible experience. I clicked the link given to report my problem and they never got back to me with anything. So if you have a problem contact the Oregon State Health department to report.
So I went through the drive through yesterday for breakfast and it was packed. I was in the drive through for probably 15-20 minutes total which is fine because like I said they were packed. They pulled me up to the second window to wait for hashbrows. I literally watched the worker hand my bag of food to someone else, they opened the bag and shoved their hands in it, realized it wasn’t theirs so they handed back to the employee who then walked over to the window and handed me THE SAME BAG OF FOOD that these random strangers stuck their hands in………yeah that’s disgusting, unprofessional, and a violation. They did not make my food over again and they did not refund me. 0/10 recommend

They have good, hard workers here. I HATE the set up of the drive through though; you have to drive all around the entire property to get to the drive through- when the drive through is right next to the entrance. It’s a pain.

I can’t understand how hard it is to ensure that the items in the bagay h what’s on the receipt. It seems every time we stop by. We have to check the bag as there is always at least 1 item missing. And then the quality of the items. I got a double that look like this. And still wasn’t correct.
