I ordered online through the app because I have 3 kids that I didn’t want to take in the store. When our food was brought out the kid was rushed and pretty much tossed the food at me and went back in. Upon checking, I was missing a large fry. Stuff happens, so I ran in to get it. The same kid was helping a customer at the counter. I told him I was missing a fry and he rudely tells me to wait. This customer was placing 3 very detailed separate orders (at least 3 separate orders) while the $30 in food I had already ordered was getting cold. He could’ve easily just grabbed the fry and let me be on my way. Instead, he chose to ignore me, then even grabbed another person’s order and headed off to take it to him, still before just grabbing our missing fry. I got another person’s attention in the back and they handed me the fry. I called to try to complain about the horrible service and the lady told me she was a manager when she clearly was not, refused to give me her name or the kid working the counters name, and hung up on me. Crazy when the food is so expensive anymore and they treat their costumes like crap. I will drive across town in the future to avoid horrible service.

Garden Valley location. This is the worst McDonald’s ever. The fries were soggy and not cooked right. The employees are very rude and with attitude. I can’t believe corporate co- signs on this franchise. McDonald’s on Garden Hwy is not customer friendly. The food tasted funny, not quality controlled at all. They really and most surely suck. The other McDonald’s in town is fantastic. The one on Stewart prky. is now my only McDonald’s in town from today on.

Went through the drive thru asked for no salt on meat and not only was extra salt on the meat but it had been sitting long past its cook date i was parked for bout 15min and the nuggets weree flat hard as rocks full of grease and no sauce so because of the time i sat in parking lot and tried to choke down the horribke food i went to get a refill in the dirty lobby and the manager told me i owed 2.98 for my refill because i didnt eat in the lobby but the parking lot and coukdnt even eat the food cause if how disgusting it was as far as i know mcdonalds still has refills and when i called bout getting extra salt on the meat when it clearly says no salt they refused to take my name to fix there screw up as much money as i spend a wk there will no longer happen and my family will no longer be eating here ill be sure to have the health dept come check there cleaning practice cause the lobby was so unsanitary

This location is the closest to where i live . It is been a week i am buying breakfast here and everyday they serve me bad and stale food, but today they went next level and burn my egg and cheese sandwich. I was very hungry and i ate it i hope i dont become sick if i do i will make them pay my hospital bills

They never seem to be able to put everything in the bag. We’ve learned, always check the bag. And for the price of some things ( like that tiny little $4.50 fish sandwich) you’d think it would be right. But in their defense, the fries are always hot and fresh, I’ve never had anything that was cold. And those drive thru clerks do a pretty good job of at least being polite, and trying to get the order right.

Food is subpar, cold, cold fries and super with lettuce on the McChicken.
Service is nominal at best. I eat here when I’m in court in Roseburg between cases and the music is so loud that even with earplugs, I hear the staff gossipping, and the abundance of teens hanging out makes it impossible to get any work done. Honestly, I only keep returning because of the reliable internet.
