This is the rudest restaurant in town. They want to fight and argue about give me a couple ketchups. The manager and her workers are rude and unhelpful. I have to many choices of were to eat and McDonalds in Junction City will not be one of them. I am truly disappointed at the quality of this place.
Update to review. It has been a month of not going to McDonalds in Junction city. That about $40 /week at 4 weeks. That means they have lost $160 dollars in business because they wanted to ague about a couple of ketchup packs. I did reach out to the owner and he said that it is not their policy to charge for ketchups and the I could ask for more but that is not the way it is at the restaurant. Do better but it won’t be me in the drive through.

Website says opens at 5, the sign on the door says opens at 5, but it’s 5:12 and the doors are locked and there’s cones in the drive thru. It’s fine if you don’t open till 6 but having the wrong time listed on your own door is unprofessional and frustrating when trying to just eat some yum breakfast. I know it’s just McDonalds but if you’re not gonna open your doors at 5, don’t say that you will.

Rudest people working there. Have to wait 15 minutes for fast food cause the kids are gossiping and then the manager Tasha yells at me because my order is wrong and I’m not waiting while the rest of my food gets cold for them to make another sandwich which clearly takes half a day at a fast food restaurant.

Today I went thru the drive thru and tried ordering (3) #9’s. Our communication was spotty. The young gal taking my order was quite impatient, the order was incorrect- which I kindof expected but then when I called their attention to it, instead of making it right, I was told “well, you paid for it. Do you want it?” Among other things, I ended up with 6 drinks, no straws and I only ordered 3. I had no time to go back and 3 kids in the car. Quite frustrating.

Seriously took 30 freakin mins to get a large french fry! That’s litterally all i ordered was a fry! But since i did it in the mobile app and im not picking up for grubhub pr uber eats and i wasnt in the drive through then i was not a priority to them! That was straight bs and extremely rude to act like i dont even exist! My husband had to go in and try to get their attention to let them know that we were still waiting on just some fries and they completely ignored him and only gave me 2 packets of ketchup for the large fry! I will not be going back to that one anymore if i can help it! Rude place!

This location got new owners a few years ago.They have really turned it around. Even one of the owners works behind the counter a lot, which is nice to see The restaurant is decently clean and most of the staff are very friendly. Parking lot kind of sucks to get in and out of they still have counter service, but also has self check out also which I do not like

I like this McDonalds. Been here several times. My most recent visit I did not get what I ordered but I did pay the right price for what I received. The young man taking my order is not a listener. He acts like he knows what he is doing but he cost the business he works for money by not paying attention. I had to repeat my order twice and still it was wrong. The food I did receive was fine. Everything A-OK. I did not look at it until I arrived home.
