Unfortunately, I have to admit that I eat McDonald’s once a day. Every morning I stop and get a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. And I have never eaten food at the disgusting level That this restaurant at this spot puts out. their oven has been broke. For God knows, like 2 years. They don’t know how to cook anything at all without an oven It’s pretty wild. Terrible quality but a great staff and great people managing which its head scratching ♂️

I don’t know why I even tried their food again besides I didn’t want to cook that night. Missing a burger patty almost no Mac sauce. Fry’s were cold zero customer service.

We just ordered our dinner through door Dash here in Brookings. The food arrived and again we paid for our order but they didn’t deliver the 10 piece chicken McNuggets. It was our daughter’s meal. We paid for everything and no chicken nuggets. They fail to answer their phone as usual. They’re seems to be no restaurant in this town that can deliver quality food and the food you pay for, never again will I trust food delivery services in Brookings Oregon.

We will start this off with the food. The fries were either cooked way to long or throw back in the fryer for a second round of cooking. Same with the nuggets. Than a lady come in asking for her online order and they lost it. She goes back to her car pissed. The front counter person Proceeds to yell to the manager? Say she has to be home less and wanting free food. Oh was he wrong! She had everything she need to prove she ordered here. Than this one really pisses me off. I understand u have workers that are handicap but for no reason should ur workers take up one of ur two spots of hanicap parking. This store needs a lot of work

I understand when people are short handed, but we waited 40 mins to get our order… not too fast for a fast food. There was part of our order missing. The staff did not apologize… the manager was there and was even sarcastic about it.. Very unprofessional…

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I already knew this and had stopped going here altogether but seems like some new people work there, so maybe. But no, its still terrible. They serve two types of coffee here, Hot Brown Water or Actual Coffee that’s COLD!!! The food is always COLD. Even if they manage to get your order right, its cold and I mean the sandwiches and fries not just one or the other. Come in the afternoon you might be able to get hot coffee, but get here in the morning when most people drink coffee and you can only get cold coffee and cold breakfast sandwiches. This place is terrible.

McDonald’s isn’t usually anything to write home about but I spent almost $12 on a breakfast sandwich and one hash brown and it was ice cold and when I called to tell the manager they told me to bring it back and they would heat it up, some of have jobs and better things to do the food sucks anyway even hot never again. Workers that checked me out were very polite though

This McDonald’s really needs to work on their front counter service, waiting until there is a full group of people waiting to order at counter isn’t when you should start taking orders. I’ve noticed employees will look at you and continue doing their task when they are supposed to make sure the customer has been helped. This McDonald’s doesn’t give the “feel good moment” to their customers.

I don’t like self ordering. There is only one door open now for entry. And to use restroom, a staffer has to unlock the door.. this store used to be a gathering place for elderly folks to have breakfast & coffee…looks like they don’t come anymore either..

Ugh, well got two McDoubles no onions or pickles today. Bit into one & noticed hair coming out the side! Husband took it back & had them remake it. Comes back out & it had a couple pieces of onion on it! So then I’m not very happy! I go back & ask for a manager. Explain what happened, she went back & remade it. Isn’t the 1st time I’ve had hair in my food! Other time was an egg McMuffin. Please keep your hair back!!
