I was there around 2am and it seemed like the gentleman that took my order was a little new (no problem) I’m being patient with him and he seemed a little stressed again no problem but when I went to the window where I ended up getting my food the lady told me a medium meal which I wanted a large she basically told me that I ordered a medium and that’s it. No if you want to wait I can charge you a little more or anything it felt like a you get what you get, then I was like no problem. then I noticed that my drink wasn’t filled up all the way then asked the lady if she can atleast fill it up, she gave me a cup with ice

Service is quick and orders are correct 99.5% of the time. Special requests are no problem.
Usually the food is fresh, and tastes like its supposed to.
After 11pm, check it before you leave,it’s the only time of day I ever get old/cold food. They will replace it if you ask.

I’ve never thrown away a plain double cheeseburger before in all my decades of eating McDonald’s. Burger and bun were dry and gross. I’ll go out of my way to eat at another McDonald’s now

Usually this is a great McDonald’s to go to but not really this time. The drive up service was good and the workers were were friendly but the food left something to be desired. The fries had too much salt on them. I like salt on my fries but someone got a little to generous with the salt. I ordered a fish-filet and within an hour I was throwing up. Like I said, this is usually the better McDonald’s just not this time. I drive all the way from South Eugene to this McDonald’s because it is usually great. The McDonald’s on Willamette is horrible. The food, fries and other menu items, are horrible. It is almost always cold or cool, the fries are soggy and have been sitting too long to be served, even at the peak food hours like lunch and dinner times. The breakfast food on Willamette is almost always taste like it has been sitting around d too long. If that’s not the case the egg McMuffins are usually burnt. I have not had very many good food experiences at the Willamette store. That is why I drive to the other end of town to the Franklin Blvd. store. This time it wasnt good at all. I will know think twice about going to this McDonald’s again. I think I will not be going to either McDonald’s store again. What a waste if I get sick from the food within the hour.

Beware of this Mc Donald’s. Jordan is rude and dismissive. He has an arrogant attitude and would rather argue than show empathy or understanding for a customer. I’ve been in the store twice and felt like a second class citizen both times I’ve been in. I don’t know if it’s because of my race, or because that’s how rude he is with every customer but he made me feel unworthy of his time or care. This is not the Mc Donald’s experience I am used to and I warn you not to support this store as you will be treated like garbage and made to feel worthless. I ordered through the app, but Jordan refused to cancel my order or offer anything to give me peace of mind. The order is still open as we speak. Jordan also refused to compensate me for the time that I wasted and the gas that I used to get to the store. The location is chronically under staffed, chronically gets orders wrong and nickle and dimes you for the smallest of items. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR OR CARE ABOUT PEOLLE OF COLOR. IT ISN’T SAFE.

Waited in line for over ten minutes to be told they were no longer taking orders. No warning or explanation. Their online presence states they are open 24 hours. Lame and confusing

Just paid 20 dollars for my meal to get old cold soggy fries. Food looks like a mess. Seems that the crew is lazy and needs better work ethic. Will not be returning anytime soon.

Another experience. I enter the establishment calm, cool, collectible, susceptible, erroneous, and magnanimous. I am ever at the ready for some heavy sport. Today, at this McDonalds, was no exception. I tend to order at the kiosk.
I still interact with the humans. These humans who work here work hard. An off time of day that was full on flowing steady and busy. Our orders were prepared as they should be.
No rolling of the dice. Straight up Mickey Dees as we all know it. Well, bye.

Decent food, but the people here are the real draw. Friendly, customer service oriented and empowered to make your experience the best it can be. Love this location.

It’s a 24-hour Mcdonald’s so expectations shouldn’t be that high especially if you order during graveyard shift. However, I work graveyard shifts and find it a nice place to get order substandard yet filling fatty food for lunch. Thanks for the diabetes McDonald’s and keep on rocking. I joke, mostly, but seriously, it’s a McDonald’s why bother reviewing it except for boredom?
