I came in to try the new big arch. I ordered the meal. She said it wasnt ready if I wanted it fresh I can wait outside and space number 1! I did and I waited about five minutes, which I was starting to get a little anxious because I was just trying to grab something quick on my way to work. Then a younger male came out asked what I ordered. I told him to look at the bag and handed to me as if I need anything else. I asked for a couple ketchups he gave them to me and then I raced to work. In the car, I could smell something spicy I checked in the bag and I noticed it was a hot honey chicken not what I ordered. I called back to the restaurant and told them what happened. She told me I can get a replacement if I get there in the next five minutes and that wasn’t happening because I was already at work clocking in and did not want to be late. I told her I be off at five and she told me that there won be any more patties left by then, and that she wouldn’t be getting anymore until Tuesday. The part that stinks is that I don’t go back over to that side of town until Thursday. She took my name and phone number and I told her I would do my best to get back over there by Tuesday so now I have to waste gas and time to go back across town at some point just to try this burger. I am not happy about this and the reason I haven’t been going to McDonalds so much is because of all these little mess ups that always happen its annoying. I tend to go to KFC quite a bit on River Road and I have been going there for about three years at least 1 to 2 times a week for lunch and I don’t think they’ve ever messed up an order that I can remember. Maybe you need to get their manager over at this spot. PS-I love the sticker that my order was double checked. I took a pick of the receipt, the burger box with the label on it and the Hot Honey chicken sandwich which looked pathetic. $12.95 for a headache!

Today’s medium fry looking kinda sad.
Check your orders tonight.. med fry cold and barely a small…requested a remake.
Today’s large fry very lackluster.
Updating with today’s round of drivethru: 1 40 piece nugget & 1 small fry someone ate half of again before handing it over…then get side eyed by the person who ate the fries & had to make it right with a new one.
Less than pleased with this small fry. Who ate the other half. Commen theme here.

I remember to this day walking into a different McDonald’s and ordering on the kiosk but needing to pay cash. As I approached the counter the worker yelled at me “KIOSK!” But I need “NOPE USE THE KIOSK!!” Please I need to pay “oh ughhh”. This McDonald’s is nothing like that McDonald’s. Just witnessed a couple approaching the front then considering ordering at the kiosk within but within about 15 seconds the young gentleman working there came up to help them and was very respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable in his interactions. Kudos to him, I like to call it out when I see it because so many only review when they have a bad experience. They also were quick to make my food and quick to unlock the bathroom for me, another thing that is difficult with McDonald’s much of the time. Great staff working here. Food is reasonably warm.

It took me 25 minutes to get a simple order. The girl behind the counter was clueless. There was no coffee when I ordered a LARGE Latte. I received a small iced latte after a 20 minute wait. She also said my order of #6 Meal doesn’t come with a meal when 6 feet behind her says on the menu that these are things that come with the #6.???Put somebody competent behind the counter. I speak 3 languages, at least speak English.

It’s, been awhile since I have been to this McDonald’s. The young ladies that helped me were so delightful and sincere. It was a great treat. The chicken nugget bundle deal is a great deal when I get my boys for the weekend. 20 nuggets two cheese burgers and two medium fries. I am so grateful for this deal. Keep up the good work Willamette Street McDonald’s.

Well unfortunately I was one of those that did not get lucky coming here… I had started eating my hamburger and I pulled out of hair…. Then I looked at my hamburger and realized there is another hair. I took pictures of it because I thought they would like to know that whoever has really really light blonde hair that’s very very sin and funny enough it had a split end on it… You’re shedding in the food. What’s disappointing as I’ve tried calling multiple times because when I bought the food I left and you can’t reach anyone it just says” sorry this phone is not receiving messages at this time” I did rate high on the people that work there because at least everyone that I have experienced has been nice. But quite disappointed in the multiple hairs that I found… Yuck… I thought I could post pictures on here but I’m not sure where that went to but if you read this McDonald’s I have a photo actually have a few photos it was that gross. Signed the unfortunate unlucky girl who got to enjoy hamburger with multiple Hairs 🙁

Was Here at the Start of Lunch, sad the McDonalds went to those Self Order Kiosks Skipped that went to the counter, took awhile and a very fast Talker Took my order and had to ask 3 times what she said Its a Fast Food Place Maybe just do drive thru On a side not …. The Place was Dead in the Dining Rooom
