Busy. Our burgers were not warm. This Mickey Dee’s has trouble handing out cups with your order. The young woman handing us out cups put her fingers inside the cup. We had to ask for new cup “without putting your fingers in the cup.”

Worst customer Service in the entire state. They don’t attend to the counter. I understand this is post-Covid era and it doesn’t seem like anything’s gonna go back the way it used to be. But we can at least try. These people don’t try! You have to yell to get their attention because when you look at them and wave your hands around and they look you straight in the eye they turn around and ignore you! It’s unbelievable and it feels like can this really be what they’re doing but time after time when I’m there it happens and then again when I see other people there it happens so it’s definitely real! I’m not imagining anything or reading into it or jumping into a conclusion. I’ve also witnessed them treat the delivery people the Dashers like total junk! They are so rude to the Dashers so I give a shout out to all of you who have to tolerate that kind of crap. I know it’s hurting your reputation, tip base, your income, they can care less! you’re just trying to have a side gig to make ends meet.. God bless you, especially the ones out there who have kids with disabilities, single parents, and who are disabled vets and folks who are retired and the cost of living is simply impossible to keep up with. I’m sorry, but I hate to say this too. It’s the managers who are doing this and they are setting the standard for all the rest of their employees who unfortunately mimic what they’re doing. They’re being passive aggressive, and it stinks! So if you’re doing this, just letting you know that everybody sees you and if I were you, I would stop acting like that as soon as possible because you ain’t making yourself look good at all, and people will remember your face when you go to apply for a different job.

Came in for breakfast, paid for extra whip in my drink.. got the same amount as if I had gotten it made regular. Then I was missing an oatmeal and the breakfast sandwich I got was so sloppily thrown together that.. well they basically cheesed the wrapper instead of the mcgriddles. I get being busy however, as an individual who has Managed Restaurant for nearly 10 years now the slight attention to detail Genuinely makes the world of difference.. aside from that, the young lady that was working the front was busting her butt running circles assisting customers, taking orders, correcting and assisting and over all was super proactive and kind and maintained a smile!.

I went inside to eat and while most of the experience was great, **they water down their ketchup**. As someone who loves ketchup this is nasty. Ask for ketchup packets because you don’t get any in the drive-thru and it’s watered down from the pump inside.
Minutes after I placed my order at the kiosk, a couple walked in and ordered at the counter. My order was finished after theirs. The couple’s number was 698 but mine was 800. Not sure why ordering at the kiosk is slower or lower priority.
The bathrooms have a keypad but they just unlock it if you ask.

Swung by because we were hungry after a long day and had a lot drive home. Got them because it’s always hot, the line moves fast, and the fries are salty. On the day the food was not hot (not even warm), the line was CRAWLING, and the fries were not salty. Bummer.

Worst McDonald’s experience of my life. We stopped here to use the bathroom and get breakfast. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to unlock the bathroom. I go into the bathroom and there was a homeless man smoking a cigarette. Bathroom was dark, creepy, and dirty. So then we order our food (3 sandwiches and 3 hashbrowns) We waited for almost 30 minutes for our food and the hashbrowns were burnt. Employees were sitting and chatting with customers.

Gavin working the night shift at the window was super rad! Great customer service, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything! Even though WE had spaced a beverage, we went back through and he was completely understandable!
