I’m not one to leave reviews but there’s a manager here maybe 2 who frequently create a horrible work environment. I can hear it in their tone when I’m simply here to enjoy my breakfast or sometimes lunch. They do nothing but yell and berate their employees. I often see these same people chatting or laughing with each other instead of helping others around them. At first I didn’t say anything and figured they’d get reprimanded for their behaviors but no one seems to care or the employees are too afraid to speak up. The manager that sticks out the most is one who comes in with very long hair and mostly speaks Spanish. Maybe her name starts with a B which is how she acts, or it has one in it. She never takes orders at the counter because she’s too busy occasionally bagging orders or yelling at the people ACTUALLY MAKING THE FOOD. She’s very unprofessional and the next time I hear this behavior I’m calling and complaining to someone who might actually do something about her. Be it the owners or 1-800 but this is ridiculous. Most people here are kind and courteous but she is a woman full of hate and a position that fits her too big. I’d rather eat in my car than listen to her yell at others instead of going in and showing them why she is a manager. She doesn’t lead by example.

I would like to share a concern regarding my recent interaction with Carmen. Unfortunately, the experience was unpleasant. She raised her voice at me for not ordering my meal sooner and stated that this was the reason I did not receive my full order. She also commented that I should pay closer attention to my timing.
I found the interaction upsetting and felt that the situation could have been handled in a more respectful and courteous manner. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed moving forward.

One of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The food was hot and fresh and I barely had time to sit down and it was coming out piping hot. The restaurant was very clean and the young gentleman saw I was overwhelmed by the kiosk and helped me up front and took my order. I was very satisfied at this McDonald’s. The floors were super slick when wet though. I don’t eat at McDonald’s much but this location was above average for sure. I almost fell not luckily I didn’t. I’ll be back! Keep up the good service!

If you could give a place ZERO stars this would the place. Pull up to the drive-thru 2 cars infront on me so I pick the right lane out of the 2 choices to order from. Both cars finish their order around the same time a pull off. Now I pull up and hear. ” Are you using the mobile app today. ” I reply with “Not today”. That was the last thing I hear while the next 3 cars in the other lane order, and pull forward. In the meantime I said umm hello?? Probably 4 to 5 times. With out warning now while the forth car is ordering I here the magic words. Order when you’re ready. With a very snarky attitude. With no apologies about my wait. which seems rude since i just watch 3 pull whom pulled up after me get server be for me.While I simply finished my order. No response, I get silence. Not a any thing else for you, will that be all? Nothing. So I simply left. This hasn’t been my first issue here. Definitely the last.

Check your bags before you leave, this location has a really bad tendency to leave things out. Its been happening to us almost every time now.
At least theyre quick to solve it, but then we have to park and walk in to get it done every time.

Check your orders before leaving. Gave them a chance and went back for a 2nd visit, this will be the last. I was the first and only customer at 7 AM. Ordered my meal, not a big deal. Went to ask for salt and after being acknowledged, I waited almost 10 minutes for a couple of packs of salt. When the lady finally gave me my salt, she acted like asking for a pack of salt in an EMPTY restaurant was akin to asking for a kidney donation. No more….

We got at the drive though at 5:30 and we left at 5:50 we ordered 1 thing a simple burger and it took 20 minutes for 1 item that’s insane it wasn’t even busy what can I say tho it’s Macdonalds

Me and my boyfriend came in for a mcnugget meal, a quarter pounder and a smoothie. At the speaker, the man talking to us was very impatient, rude, rush-y and unclear. He sounds like he hates his job. This guy has been working at this mcdonalds for years and he just sucks at his job. As do most of the people working here. Anyway, we paid, was handed my dr pepper and were told to park in the drive thru reserve spot up front. As always at this location. Like every single time. After a few minutes of waiting, we received our food, but no smoothie. My boyfriend asked the woman politely “Ma’am I ordered a smoothie” . No response. He yelled for her a couple more times. Till she walked inside, and chit-chatted with her coworkers for a moment. We sat there for a good minute in hopes they’d bring it out, because the lady at the 2nd window had made EYE CONTACT with us in our car. We went back through the drive thru and got the smoothie. Every interaction ive had at this mcdonalds is so time wasting!

Absolutely worst McDonald’s there is. Employees that are supposed to be working blatantly ignore people in the drive thru at night. Came thru at 10:45 and ignored even though theres a building full of people. Oh and if you do go during the day the people who work the drive thru act as if you’re a complete inconvenience to them by having them do their jobs.

Older female Hispanic employee is always angry, rude and downright disrespectful. Twice in one month (once in the drive through and today dining in) she has given me the absolute worst customer service and attitude I’ve ever had at a restaurant. For a corporation built on customer service, employees like this should NOT represent your company. I’ll never come back.
