I’ve had mostly great experiences here! The one small negative experience was when one of the employees did not fully engage my milkshake lid and a lot of it went onto my hands and the center inside area of my car forcing me to park and head into their restroom to rinse up. It was minor and if it was simply because he was especially busy at that time, I fully understand, however, it if was a yet another “hit” on me for being a Huck Finn (MiRANda Lambert’s first love) then I do not entirely forgive him, except in prayer. Even a Christian Pastor would begin to get uptight after a lifetime of small “hits” building to expression – like me, hopefully the Christian Pastor will do his best to ask God, Your perfect will be done.

The service was less than great. The food was old and cold. The bun on 1 chesseburge was hard. They seem to not care because it is a tourist town and it’s McDonald’s I would suggest going someplace else maybe burger 101 not much of a price difference and significantly better food from a better staff from a local place.

I came in late at night and the staff was not only very friendly to me, but they seemed to be having a very good time amongst themselves while working. This is a nice change compared to the normal arguing I hear behind the counter at most McDonalds!

Who charges almost a dollar extra for tomatoes and puts this on there not to menchen charging over 3.69 for a McChicken so over 4 dollars I paid for this woooow!!! On top of all that this is not the first time it happened with the tomatoes!

When you order an item because it is advertised as buy 1get 1 for $1 , but they fail to honor the advertisement, I feel cheated. It stops becoming advertising and starts becoming a con on the consumers. This location already has the highest priced items like we are in Japan or Londons McDonald’s and the Wi-Fi never works is that strategically done so the app coupons will not work in drive through? There has been a time or two where my burger was literally slopped together. But idk if maybe they were short staffed but it was super busy, so I get they were under pressure and in a hurry, but Any other time or I should say every time I go to McDonald’s fries are nice and hot not old and cold. And every employee are super helpful and nice.

I would have to say if you want a good McDonald’s experience go to the one in cottage Grove. They are the nicest people and actually great food for McDonald’s

PLEASE toast the english muffins like you use to!! Getting them warm is NOT the same as toasting them and your Egg McMuffin is 10 times better when it is toasted!!! Considering you are charging over $5 now for this simple sandwich it should be made to perfection…. One more request train your cooks to double check each item they make against the reader board. I don’t know how many times we have gone to this McDonalds and have had at least 1 item missing or not prepared correctly. It only takes a few extra seconds to make every customer happy!! Do these things and we will revise our review to reflect this!!

This McDonald’s at Lincoln city is racist, me and my family were ordering food and the lady was laughing at us for no reason and rude to us as well. She had attitude for reason at all because were being nice, then a guy came up and said it’s because of our “color”, the worst McDonald’s experience here.

Love the apple pies. Not too many options that are allergen friendly. Wish the fries didn’t have dairy in them. Love the coke. Friendly workers, very efficient.
