Line time was normal (also out of their control). Our total was $9.53 and as soon as we went to the 1st window they said “16.78 please” when we told them our order was only like $9 they got confused, asked for a receipt and let us move on to pickup our food.. when our food was done 2 or 3 minutes later it was the wrong order again, then we went to the 2nd pickup window. Then we got our food and the wrong drinks. We were sick of waiting and they were the same size as the ones we ordered so we just said “yup that’s it!” And left.. it wasn’t super busy or crowded. Just a couple kids who need a bit more training. But that’s a part of learning.

If you’re going to unlock the doors at 7am you should be up and running and ready to start taking orders. Today you lost some customers because of the guy with a drink in his hand worried more about going to break instead of knowing how to get the cash registers/order kiosks up and running. At least 6 people were waiting on his inept efforts and 2 walked out and went to another breakfast option.

10 minutes late opening their drive thru.Since getting no response from the speaker I drove up to the window to see if they were going to open.The lady said she didnt turn on her head set and told the employee behind her to turn on the lights to the drive thru.Insyead of taking my order she turned on her headset and began taking the order of the car that had pulled up to the speaker.The prices if fast food and the quality just arent what they used to be and the service leaves alot to be desired.I wont be returning to this location nor any other fast food establishment.Their whole premis is cheap quick food.Its neither cheap or quick or accurate.Their time is done and I hope to see them go out of buisness.

Putting my review here because their kiosk didn’t print me out a receipt.
I tried the Bacon Egg and Cheese bagel without knowing it would be smothered in whatever their “breakfast sauce” is and thought it was plain gross.
I don’t know if they are trying to emulate hollondaise or if they mixed mayo with mustard. Either way, it was gross and a waste of 5 bucks.
Again, wouldn’t be posting this here if the kiosk printed out an actual receipt.

Went here twice over the weekend, I noticed the breakfast burritos were a little skimpy and the price was 2$ more than other locations, didn’t think much about it. Went back a day later and again the burritos were mostly tortilla, won’t be coming back to this location again. Also the manager was completely rude to me when I picked up my order

The service here is usually pretty good. Clean establishment. I only rated the food at two star because it is some nasty stuff that will kill you. But if you’re okay with that, this place is great.

If we’re gonna wait 15 mins could you atleast serve burgers that aren’t cold, hard, and feel like they’ve been sitting half the day? I get fast food can’t have high standards, but atleast show some sort of respect. If you wouldn’t eat it why serve it?

Order burgers for a lazy Sunday meal. They came back raw, we went back and showed the manager. (Rude & didn’t seem to care at all) The manager didn’t even apologize for this. Got a second order for it to just have the same issues.

what is the point of parking me when I checked in for a mobile order, and there is NO ONE BEHIND ME? I watched you pull the car in front of me to the 3rd window and then pull me to spot one immediately. there is no reason for that. I routinely pick up my order in the drive thru because more often than not you forget items in my order which is why I like to check it at the window before pulling away. customer service is always non existent here but why continue to make it worse?
