This is how they’re filling the cups every time I go, literally like 5 ice cubes, aren’t you suppose to add the ice first to the line and fill the rest up with the drink? I’m having to dump some of the drink out so I can put enough ice for it to be nice and cold it’s ridiculous, do it right!

So I found myself in this McDonald’s with a 30 minute dinner break around 6pm. My first impression of the dining room made me want to ask for some cleaning supplies so that I could sit down at a clean table. However I got lucky and some high school boys were just finishing up with there table so I sat down at it right after they walked out… yep the cleanest table was the one 3 teen boys had just had dinner at.
Anyway I pull out my app and place an order for several of my favorites… 2 McChicken a daily double a mocha coffee and a Carmel Sunday. Table service for the table I was at… then I passed the time patently waiting… after maybe 20 minutes I started wondering where my food was… check app… almost ready… 5 more minutes and I check again… my order doesn’t show on the app… so naturally I check my email to see if my order was canceled… nope… so I get my exhausted… 10 hours into my shift… self up to figure out what happened…
Turns out my table order was on the counter… and the drink was wrong… they made a frappe not a mocha coffee as I ordered… I told a staff member what was wrong and told them what a table order was… they need to get some training at this location soon… my meal break by this point was over and it was time to get back to work…

This McDonalds in the past was so clean, quality was excellent and everything was fresh and well prepared.. within the past 2years something changed and now the manager scratches her head and face while playing with her cell phone while sticking her hands in the bags.. restaurant is visually dirty and unorganized.. the food is poorly put together and cold.. never again. The health dept needs to surprise this awful gross store. *I’m not clicking on your link the info is in review.. take action based on the reviews and not asking people to do more.. by clicking link.. the reviews have the same complaints..

whenever I have came through here, the service was amazing. The atmosphere has been clean and uplifting. I usually don’t eat McDonald’s, but in a pinch, it does come in handy.

I came in with some friends and some of the workers dropped our burgers had to remake them and one of them was the only sensible one and told one of the cooks it had to be extra pickles extra onions I received my burger with no onions and a few extra pickles on one of them

This mcdonalds is absolutely the slowest one ever. At night I would avoid this place. They are so slow and take forever getting the food out. I’ve been in line for over 7 minutes and haven’t even moved. They need to hire more people or shut it down. The wait period I’d absolutely ridiculous at night time. Even when there’s 2 people you’re waiting for an absurd amount of time. Never coming here at night again. Poor service

I’ve never gone through this McDonald’s without having it be like a high school inside and having absolutely nothing in the order come out correctly. The last time I was there a group of high school students came out swearing and cussing. They can’t even get my coffee order right in the morning and I mean every single time.

Been here several times in the last few weeks and they have forgotten or given us cold food. The people are always friendly and nice but the constant disappointment of cold or missing food has gotten old.

4 out 5 times they can’t the order correct. It’s most always the online orders. I think it’s because they know it’s harder to refund. Manager probably is ok with the screw up because 3 party app will cover them. Get it together. Customer service should be taken seriously and a little pride in your work. And don’t response with a feedback link. That just shows managements laziness. Train better.
