This McDonald’s is anything but fast. Prepare to wait 10 minutes in line and then still have to pull around to the curb to wait for your food. If you are on a deadline DO NOT stop here. The staff are not at all apologetic. It’s been this way for years.

Every single time I order the same thing 2 double cheeseburgers with extra pickles no cheese.. why is it that I pay for extra pickles and I always get less pickles then when I don’t pay for them. Tonight after a long day at work I came waited 30+ minutes for my food and got 2 of my regular (2 double cheeseburgers no cheese extra pickles) w/ extra pickle.. tell me why both of my burgers had ONE PICKLE.. and just because I ask for no cheese doesn’t mean I want no sauce too I just want my sandwich to have no cheese with EXTRA PICKLES!.. I’m sorry but after this happening EVER TIME I order I had to write a review.. this is very disappointing

Worst place, I’ve ever been. I’m from Salem, so I’ve dealt with me. Very different McDonald’s establishments and never has one. Been as disrespectful and rude. As this place was last night. At about 10 o’clock last night Me and my son. We’re just getting back into Dallas and he asked to get McDonald’s so we stopped to get it. We ordered her order totally fine and spent $22. Get to the window the lady at the window at the time sweet hands me a little bag of food. I know I should’ve checked it, but I didn’t even really. I was just ready to get home and go to bed. However, I get Home open the bag and there’s half hour order the other half the orders. Not there, so I called the McDonald’s talked to a lady. She doesn’t tell me her name. She tells me to come back before 11 I told her I would be there and when I got there there there’s two cars still in front of me. It was 1053. However, they took so long with the peoples food in front of me that it was 1105. When I got to the window, I spoke to another lady at the pay window and she told me not to worry about it. They would have it ready at the next window. When I got to the next window. They had nothing. The lady that came to the window was so disrespectful and refused to give us our order, which was my sons dinner for the night. She said all she had left was chicken nuggets and she gave him chicken nuggets that were cooked and all Grease cold and hard. She’s on making and come back tomorrow to get my order fixed. I will never return to this McDonald’s again. The workers appalled me. There’s a lot more to the story than I left here. Just be aware of that however, with the whole government shut down and the Foodstamp being late and this and that happening food is been really scared of my house for me and my son and Jenna to build have his dinner because they wanna be back there talking about schedules next week instead of taking orders at the window like they should be is unacceptable!

Ordered via kiosk and counter. Took 15 minutes to receive orders to go. Checked before we left, order was incorrect; counter person argued that it was what was ordered and pointed out what we ordered on the bag. The order was correct, what we received was incorrect. We were told to keep the “mistake”, however when we got home, we realized the burger was completely raw. The fries were not done; were cold and soggy.
Seems service and quality have diminished.

This is a perfectly servicable Mcdonalds. I ordered a Deluxe McCrispy meal and they got it exactly right both times I visited; the customer service is very helpful and quick to help, but this place lacks in atmosphere, as most Mcdonalds do when they transition to a more corporate style. There isn’t much to do here, except maybe walk down to the park a few blocks south.

Waited in line watching three cars in the other line that came in after me place their orders. Then when I went to the pick up window I was asked to go around and come through again. I stated that I was running late and would wait. Mind you it was two sausage McMuffin’s! When the little girl gave me my order she informed me that she would tell the people behind me why their order was cold. I’m usually not a little complainer but this time I couldn’t let it go. Staff needs to be educated on what customer service means.

Three large sized orders and these are the LARGE and LUKE WARM fries that came with our meals. You have to be kidding me!
I called the location and was disconnected before anyone answered.
Why am I paying over $30 for this type of service and 1/2 the amount of food I paid for?
The less than mature middle aged woman running the till was gossiping about the customer at the speaker. I don’t care if the person behind me is upset about their mobile code not working.
This is the slowest location in the surrounding area. We were in line for 30 minutes last Saturday! They didn’t have anyone pull around to wait for their orders.

I gave a 2 for food because some of the food was ok. However, our fries were old and my quarter pounder was undercooked. Our double cheeseburger was a mess. We waited 15 minutes for our food. Overall experience was a disaster. Dining room was an absolute mess. 80% of tables were dirty and the drink area was sticky and needed restocked. However, the worst was the customer service. Rude rude rude!!! Terrible experience. I won’t be back.

Dallas Oregon McDonald’s. I went through the drive thru. The lady didn’t know what order was mine. I had to show my receipt to get my order. It took too much extra time. The lady at the window asked the people in the back to get to work. Because she was the only one up front. The lady up front was on task but wasn’t getting the help needed to follow through. The self checkout is really working out to be a terrible idea. I received cold stale Quarter pounders. Cold chicken nuggets. They must have been sitting on the counter for a long time. The buns were hard. I think they must have given my order to the car in front of me. Then gave me crappy old food. They were not busy. I had two cars in front of me. I emailed customer service and asked for a refund. They said no. My best opinion is to avoid the Dallas location. They can’t even put BBQ sauce in the bag when you order it. My last three trips have been lack luster through the drive thru. I will go to the Monmouth McDonald’s location. No refund from customer service then no return by my family. When three meals were $30 plus dollars and prepared like you didn’t care. I just can not go back.

This is the most frustrating McDonalds in the area. They only have two pick up spots and their owner won’t put more in the staff are so nice though and all deserve a raise. Their drive through backs up bad and anyone who goes in the outside lane gets totally messed over typically by 1-2 other cars on the inside lane. Their prices are a little higher than other ones in the area too. I’m glad there’s a McDonald’s here but yeah. Put in more pickup spots and make the drive through a single lane.
