Went Drive-Thru. Only got half of our food correct. This seems to be a constant thing, getting my order half correct or being given the wrong order, having to drive back and get MY ORDER. Whats the point of ordering a PLAIN burger when you add onions? But you know what’s annoying? Having to clean my drinks because it’s given to me spilled!! WHATS GOING ON?!

Forgot my fries that I paid for. AND forgot my sauce that I asked for. What a horrible experience. Ruined our meal and made me sad. This McDonald’s seems to have a lot of issues with that.

Was quicker to go inside instead of the long drive thru lines..so happy with that! & Can always count on a front row spot..just not sure what’s up with the bathroom lighting.. reminds me of the undersea gardens with the blue lighting..lol

Pretty hard to rate anything above disappointing when you place an order and request to have one thing in a burger, only to find that after your 12 hour day when you drive home to find your fries were the only thing correct about the order. They somehow managed to not only screw up one of the burgers but both of the burgers the same way. Truly impressive when the grill slip was right there.
English isn’t that hard. Only onions doesn’t mean only ketchup.
This is why I don’t trust people when I can’t see my food being made.
That order was trashed. At least the ramen I made that night was correct.
Wasn’t worth the 30 minute round trip to complain. Not my first bad experience at this location but it will be my last.

Sat in drive through for an hour. First at the ordering area. No one answers so i pulled up place meet order at the pay window. Come to find out they are training a deaf girl to work drive through orders. That’s just one time stamp while waiting

My dad and my sister brought McDonald’s, and their burgers were literally pink and BLEEDING. I already called the exact place it came from, and it’s going to get remade. Seeing the other reviews, this place probably isn’t the best.

Everytime I get food from here now the fries are soggy and cold. Starting to think it’s a waste of money to even go here.
It’s ran by younger people that don’t have any customer service skills and I’ve done customer service for 20 years.
Probably won’t be ordering from here anymore.

This is the first time I returned to McDonald’s in years. This time I used there app, well the McDonald’s i sent my order to did not know anything about it, they said oh it has to be at the other one across town. They are sure of it. Well thinking we could trust them at what they told us, well come to find out the McDonald’s across town did know anything about our order. But the order was paid for and No where in there system is our order but we have conformation. McDonald’s please, your app did not work for us last maybe 2 years ago, and it doesn’t work now. Don’t ask people to use this app at your drive up. Your app is BS. Not happy it took me 1 hour or so to get food. REALLY! fix it. Oh wait. I am not going back. Burger King, Carl’s Jr, is much better service.
