For a McDonald’s their food is pretty good. But the service is awesome!! My dog & I go there weekly. Everytime we go through the drive through,my dog gets so excited because he knows he’s going to get a pupperchino (whipped cream in a cup). They’re free so that’s a plus. But the staff is so accommodating when we come through the drive thru. Especially Blanca. She talks to him & he talks right back to her Naomi,the manager, also indulges him. This Micky D’s has the best customer service around. They also celebrate their high school graduates. That tells me their workers aren’t just workers & that they’re important.

There is a girl who works at this McDonald’s who always wears glasses and a purple shirt, and she consistently makes my experience there uncomfortable and frustrating. On one occasion, she even asked if she could take a sip of my drink, which I found inappropriate and unprofessional. Every time I go through the drive-through, she leans into the car to look at me and my friends in a way that feels intrusive and unnecessary.
Over time, her behavior has made us so uncomfortable that my friends no longer want to go there at all. In addition to this, she frequently messes up our orders, which adds to the frustration of the situation. She also asks personal questions that are not appropriate for a customer–employee interaction, and it makes me feel uneasy and disrespected as a customer.
On another occasion, she left the drive-through window open, and my friends and I overheard her speaking negatively about other people, which felt unprofessional and unkind. Hearing that made me even more uncomfortable, because it made me question how she might talk about us or other customers when they are not present.
Overall, her repeated behavior has ruined what should be a simple and pleasant experience, and I do not understand what would make her think that this kind of conduct is acceptable in a workplace setting. I believe that employees should treat customers with professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy, and unfortunately that has not been my experience in this situation.

Why is the meat literally pink.. i couldn’t stop gagging. THE WORST MCDONALDS EVER.. not only did you waste 20 minutes of my time but gave me the most nasty looking food ever. you guys suck.

With everything going on with food lately, using a valid coupon for a free hamburger seemed impossible. Ended up just paying for it so our daughter could use the play area 30 minutes before they closed. Food was on the short side but I don’t eat out often so I don’t know what the portions are usually. Maybe a different experience at a different McDonald’s..but yet again I don’t know since I don’t go much. Manager seemed a little touched out with customers and just wanted her break. The guy at the register was really nice and seemed new.

Whoever the shift lead/manager is today (afternoon/evening) is phenomenal. I accidentally received the wrong item in my order when I stopped in on my lunch break. I didn’t have time to go back when I noticed because of the short amount of time I’ve for my lunch break. I called when noticed to let them know what happened & they actually answered the phone & told me to come back within two weeks & they would get it taken care of. Whoever owns this location or trains the employees should own/train all the locations in the Portland metro area. It’s OK to be human & make mistakes you just address it & take care of it the way the person today did & you will be able to retain your customers. Whoever helped me that was wearing a red shirt deserves a raise!

The last few times I came the play area is messy, the food took 20+ minutes/ cold and it’s usually made wrong when you put in a “complexed order” and the presentation looks sloppy..
there is a lot of better McDonald’s to go to I really can’t find one good thing about this one for either breakfast coffee or late night dinner. They put on a nasty amount of mayo on and it just looks like it’s thrown together. I hate how many times I ask for no cheese to get cheese and then wait a long time just to get it fixed because no one is ever in the front to help.

Saturday AM 6:30 no one in drive thru no customers inside. Order wrong, hash brown cold, and bag smelled like cheap cologne. Come on McDonalds your hallmark is consistency!! It should hit on a Saturday AM!

If I could give you guys a 0, I would. I didn’t mind waiting in the drive thru for 20 mins. I understand you get busy. But when. We pulled up to the windows they were just all standing there talking. We get our food and drinks and went home. When we got home we realized I whole order was wrong and the sprite tasted like carbonated water. I call to let them know our receipt shows what we ordered ut we did not receive our order. The guy asked, ” so are you coming back tonight?” I asked if we could come back tomorrow instead because when we left there was still a huge line. The reply we received was……well it’s busy and I’ve been here 3 hours past my shift and I really don’t care and then he hung up! Your employees are rude and unprofessional!

Pretty solid as far as McDonald’s locations go. It has everything a good McDonald’s would have – the same menu you’d expect anywhere, hot food, a play place (if you let your kids go in there), a fast moving drive-through, and of course a Redbox outside.
This location is fairly popular and can see some beastly lines during the lunch hour, sometimes even extending beyond their designated drive-through area and into the shopping center’s parking lot. The plus side is that the line usually moves quickly.
Also a big fan of their new $1/2/3 dollar menu. Brings some of that traditional value back to their name when most spots have gone towards “value menus” which just designates cheaper items, though that’s still kind of what they’re doing here but at least there is something you can get for just a buck or two! Personal favorites are the $2 bacon McDoubles, great!
I would recommend this spot for a quick and reliable bite to eat.
