Nothing beats a long day like a stop by this beautiful and relaxing McDonald’s located in the very heart of Lloyd district.

When my daughter replace a order online for pickup and when we got there the restaurant wasn’t even open, if that was the case they should off have mantioned it on their website saying it was closed due to maintenance upgrades, it wasted our times and gas and we cannot even cancel our order nor transfer to a different locations on the apps. Got my daughter all frustrated.

They often get my orders wrong and they don’t care. My last visit they did not put any onions when I ordered extra, the extra Patti that I paid for, and the pickles. They also forgot that I ordered it without ketchup. I have pictorial proof below.
my shamrock Oreo McFlurry was just that vanilla stuff with a big glob of green goop in the middle and almost no cookie stuff at all just a little bit of dusting. It’s supposed to be green and full of chunks of Oreo cookies as you can see below, mine wasn’t.
I tried to call the location, but they never ever ever answer their phone. And if you complain in person after you’ve left, they won’t do anything if you drive back. I wrote to mcdonalds.com and I got a form letter back saying they would let the location know. When I wrote them back again and said for that location doesn’t care, I got the same form letter back again
Once we ordered a bunch of food, including 3 packages of three each sugar cookies. We got charged for nine cookies, but they only put three in. We noticed it as we were pulling out of the parking lot and got back in line and they wouldn’t give us the other six cookies because we had driven away.
Sometimes in the morning they don’t cook their hashbrowns all the way if they’re in a hurry. Not only are they not crisp and instead floppy, but very very greasy. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I’m 70 years old

6/23/2025 I ordered a filet of fish meal at about 12am on my way home from work. When I arrived home and opened my fish sandwich , it was only a bun, cheese and extra sauce and no fish. I tried calling them many times and no one answered. I have never experienced anything like this before from anyplace I have patronized. I don’t see a receipt, I will check my car. I’m taking this back when they open. I should be refunded for my entire meal. This is unacceptable.

Staffs here are horrible! I mean if you have attitude please make sure our orders are right?! They miss one thing and when you bring up something to them it’s like they are so mad!!! Like it’s McDonalds for freak sake! Gosh! Simple ketchup you can ask and they won’t give you!!!!! Hate your job? Go find a job that doesn’t require customer service!!!

In all the entire United States this is the worse customer service. The manager was kind of rude, short guy looking like Guatemalan or Mexican.
My friend and I were biking around the States and leave the bicycles outside in no safety, they didn’t let us put our bikes inside or in the little patio to have food. We had to eat outside.

What a terrible experience. I had walked in and used the kiosk to manually place my order consisting of only a big mac and a caramel frappe. Long story short, I waited for roughly 45 minutes just to be told that my order wasn’t appearing in their system despite me holding the order receipt in my hand. To be fair, I should have just gotten up and asked what was going on instead of just letting it go on longer; in a sense, I ultimately did it to myself by just sitting there. The principle of the matter still remains, though. I will be sure to not stop at this location again in the future.
