I ordered two medium fries and asked for ketchup. They initially gave me only two packets, and when I asked for more, they only gave me one additional packet. For the amount of fries I purchased, this felt insufficient. Customer service could definitely be more accommodating.

Seemed on point this time. Ordered food didn’t have to wait additional time. Customer service could use some training. We get it you work at McDonald’s and don’t like it doesn’t mean you can’t have good attitude. Also I got a large fry and as you can tell from the picture next to the medium fries at least at this location there’s literally no point in getting a large. Why are they so cheap with literally there cheapest most profitable item.

This location constantly charges you for things like dipping sauce, but then does not actually put it in your bag.you always have to check your receipt and check everything in your bag before you leave which is not convenient. They should know how to get an order right. Today they charged me again for dipping sauce, but I didn’t get the dipping sauce and then also charge me to for a donation that I was never asked about. I will never go back to this location as I’m tired of them taking my money for things I don’t receive, and charging me for things I didn’t ask for. This happens to many times

It’s 6:30 pm and I came for the special grinch meal for my daughters, the service was terable and really made me sick the way we were treated. This ruined the entire experience for us. Employee’s like that should not be working costermer service if they decide to treat other’s like the way they treated us today. My daughter’s meals were incomplete and we had to ask for several items that should have been included. They also did the same to another costumer. You’d think that McDonald’s is a happy place until Employees like that come and ruin it.

Went here 1/1/2026 at 10am. The guy taking the order sounds like he is being held against his will. Sounds so lazy and looks like he dosent wanna be there. Also they forgot my hash brown. My order was 4 breakfast muffins and a hash brown. Not even a big order and still they mess it up. How?

OK, so first off, it’s McDonald’s… I didn’t expect the chef to be sending out the “Tasters Flight” , putting on a display of their gastronomic achievements.
However, I really can’t complain. Food was as good as one can anticipate from McDonald’s. There were no issues, and it was warm.
Service was even pretty great. I had a curbside pick up order, which was fulfilled timely, and with a smile…
Here’s where my minor complaint comes in… If I go to McDonald’s for the sole purpose of playing the “Monopoly” game, I better get my game pieces! Do you know how disappointing it is when you construct your entire order around maximizing game pieces? Who stole my game pieces!? Somewhere between filling the order, and walking it out to my car, game pieces went MIA!
I’ll still give you 4 stars (for meeting expectations of food and service), but whoever got my game pieces owes me! Don’t let me find you! Next time I come back fool’s better have my pieces! I’m not playing!
But seriously, gimme my Monopoly prizes!!!
In summary, check your game pieces with your order… Don’t let em’ do you, like they did me!!!

The people that work here cannot for the life of them read a coffee order correctly.
I usually just order a regular large coffee with 4 sugars, thats it, but apparently thats rocket science for these folks, out of the last 10 coffees I’ve ordered they have gotten it right 3 times…. they either put no sugar in it at all, or put cream only with no sugar. I swear they get off on screwing up your order on purpose.

I pulled up this morning and the attendant asked that I pull up to the first window. He was finishing a call on his personal phone. I said ok. Then when I went to pick up my order it was wrong. They corrected it. I asked for picante sauce and the person gave me one. I asked for more and he said it would be $00.35 beyond the first one. Not going back to that store after being a loyal customer of 15 years.

Terrible customer service the manager there a lady that wear glasses, wanted to argue with me about the number I ordered when they got the order wrong. I specifically ordered a number seven as she told me I’ll order the number nine. What she doesn’t know is I have a dash cam! Instead of pleasantly correcting my order, she accused me of ordering the wrong number, which I told her I did not. If you’re the owner of this, McDonald’s, this Lead on this shift really is a problem. I never wanted to argue. I just wanted them to get the order right it was for my son. Terrible! 8-29-2025 @ 1430.
