In the evenings or early mornings the fact they leave two lanes open in drive thru is ridiculous. They frequently will skip cars, which is frustrating when you have a mobile order too. Get up to the speaker first and then someone pulls up to the other one and you can hear them take their order, they pull up another car comes they take their order and then finally realize someone’s at the other speaker. If they don’t have two order takers they need to limit it to one lane or make one lane mobile orders/delivery orders only.
They can’t seem to control their prices so the least they could do is provide the best experience and freshest food and they fail on those frequently as well. Being skipped this last time in drive thru was the worst it’s been because the car in front of me took 15 MINUTES to get their food and mine came out instantly, but because I had been sitting in line for that my food sat on the counter getting old and cold. I tried a fry right as they handed the bag to me and it felt like a fry that was sitting on a counter for 10 minutes. I asked if they could at least give me a fresh fry and they looked at me like it was an absurd request. My burger and nuggets were basically inedible.
Don’t skip cars in drive thru.
Consider the food you’ve made and at least keep it in a warmer or don’t make it till the other order is nearly done.
As a former manager, for larger orders they need to park them so they don’t ruin the food for everyone else. Car behind me has a sundae it looked like and it looked like a milkshake more than ice cream at that point.

If I could give zero stars I would! I understand it can be frustrating that you are busy during the night in the drive through but for your younger male worker to throw my sauces at me because I politely let him know they weren’t in there and then accuse me of lying and even showing him inside the bag he still slammed the window on me and ignored me. You need to train your employees better to not be so rude to customers they need to be more professional and polite because this was very uncalled for and very disrespectful.

Order accuracy in the Drive-Thru is non-existent! Worse, when you walk in to bring it to their attention they offer no apologies! Had they simply acknowledged my concern and/or at least been friendly, I would not have left this Google review as I prefer not to leave negative reviews. The worst thing you can give your customers is silence!

Edited: I truly wish I had read this locations reviews before coming here! No wonder this location has such poor customer reviews! This McDonald’s is not like other McDonald’s and should be avoided at all costs!

Food is, well….McDonald’s food. It is as one would expect, although occasionally a smidge better than usual.

Really solid service, though….and consistently so. I had an issue with my order once, and I left the feedback on the app because the issue meant I couldn’t eat the food. Within 24 hours, a manager from the store called me personally to apologize, refunded the amount of the item, and told me to stop by anytime for a replacement meal on them. This location is near my office, and I stop by more often than I would like to admit, so I’m confident that my experience isn’t a one off (at least for the lunch/afternoon shift).

BUG’s in the OJ!!! Where else are there bugs? This is the 2nd time in a week

Place has gone downhill fast, ever since the latina with red hair started working the drive through, claims she’s the manager. I’ve been coming here over a decade, and this is the worst it’s ever been, wasn’t this bad during COVID.

Besides bugs in your drink, your discounts will be ignored, shell grab your card, won’t t tell you how much and then she will overcharge you, for bug juice.

So, if you like paying full price for bug juice, have at it!!!

So I get it.. it’s a drive thru… but this looks like it was literally thrown together. Placed a mobile order. The lady at the booth says to proceed to the last window. When I get there they don’t have my order. When I opened the box, this was what it looked like. The cheese on the Burger patty was mostly in the box, NOT on the burger. The meat tasted like it had been soaked in salt… Soggy lettuce. Most Horrible burger ever!! Then the 10 piece nugget was only 9 nuggets. Asked for spicey Buffalo and honey mustard sauce and got ranch instead of Buffalo.. Get it together, people.. Fast food should not look like garbage.. Guess I should have read the reviews before going to this McDonald’s

I called the manager a burger flipper. Lost his cool and he started screaming 70k salary in front of the customers and other employees. In reality 70k or a million dollars you still work at McDonald’s bud.

The incompetence at this McDonald’s is actually wild. Employees walking around, stare at you and walk off. The woman with greenish hair has to be the worst manager I’ve ever seen. How hard is it to put together an order in under 20 minutes?! It’s amazing these people have jobs

For the price they are charging now I at least expect the fries to be cooked. We live about 5 minutes away and by the time I got home with the food, all the fries were limp and undercooked. The double cheeseburgers had no (rehydrated) onions and were extremely dry. Last visit to McDonald’s for my husband and I.

I walked in hungry, but as soon as I saw the prices on the menu I only ordered a coffee. Not all McDonald’s are created equal anymore it seems. Everything on the menu was consistently higher in price than any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. There’s a McDonald’s downtown with better prices. Greed is outrageous.
